I have no problem with that as I have had a character prisoned for a few days and still haven't found any proper roleplay; perhaps I am not online when the inmate community is on?

I don't see how you are saying that my roleplay is at a poor standard. I've had my fair share of prison roleplay on my various characters on this server and I frankly did enjoy partaking in them, but most of the time when I am jailed; most cellmates are either AFK or not even online. Which is why I say that I wouldn't want to be forced to do solo roleplay around people who stand in their pod in a corner AFK. I do roleplay a criminal and I am down to be arrested as it is what comes with roleplaying one. I just don't want it to be like Los Santos Roleplay like on SA-MP; where you spend your whole sentence (8 hours as a example) standing in a corner in your own cell doing /me's and tabbing in and out every 10 minutes to not be kicked as there was no roleplay there most of the times.

It is a no for me, if I want to RP in prison constantIy I would make a prison character who's serving life there, I do not want to be forced to roleplay in prison for the pettiest crimes that my characters commit.

They just don't know how to appreciate the smaller things. Passing around a blunt/joint is a activity that I HIGHLY partake in.

In fact, this would improve civilian rp/illegal rp.

I don't see what's the issue here, this is literally what people do in real life. They rolled one joint and pass it around; I dont see whats the problem here? It doesn't seem like something that's hard to script in at all. Since even LS-RP had it.
