Yeah chicken running should be banned cause it does honestly look terrible and makes fighting look noobish, but at the same time the devs should also be working to fix desync so people wouldn't HAVE to chicken run.

Thank you, this was LITERALLY the point I was making, businesses have POLICIES against people who wear ski masks or etc, so it should be handled in character instead of banning it OOCly or making some ridiculous IC governmental LAW around it.

Haven't been on the forums or played in a LONG LONG time, but I will say making IC LAWS against wearing masks in public is very remedial in my opinion. I don't think there is a government anywhere on EARTH that prevents people from wearing masks in public, it just makes zero sense. That's a complete IC matter, businesses, buildings, and certain establishments have POLICIES that prevent people from wearing masks in certain places in real life but there aren't any literal laws that prevent people from wearing masks, that in itself is very very ridiculous. I agree with @SLIME ALLEGIANCE it should be categorized ICly as more of a trend, because even in real life 'shiesty masks' basically took over the world and it got so bad to the point where every young person had one on, every kid in school had on one, you could walk down the street and see a group of people with shiesty masks on, if you went to the mall literally everybody would have one on. So with that being said this should definitely be a complete IC matter, no OOC rules, and definitely no IC LAWS. I also kind of feel like the GTAW community makes a bunch of problems out of nothing and you guys try to get every single inch you can out of illegal roleplayers. PS: You even had older people wearing shiesty masks at one point, that's how much influence the shiesty mask had on the world. So this issue being in game is really not even an issue within itself, after all this is roleplay right?

Literally, the only people who have such a problem with getting robbed are the mallrats with PFs who can't take an L. Robberies on the server wouldn't even occur so much if they would actually provide a valid a weapon scheme and give official factions at least 20-40 guns a month. A lot of these factions aren't even touching guns because all deals are so OOC based and the same factions get all the guns ALL the time. If this server had an at least DECENT gun economy that could combat OOC deals criminals wouldn't even have to rob for guns and none of this would be a problem in the first place.

Even in male jail it's extremely hard to get roleplay because barely anyone RPs, imagine the FEMALE jail though, it must be completely abandoned in there, I agree. Just like admin jail, you run around until your time runs out, it's no roleplay.

Yeah I can understand why they implemented it but the rule within itself is literally stupid, damn near every mugging in america has a vehicle involved, especially in LA. I can literally pull up countless CCTV videos of people getting pulled up on and robbed at night out on Rodeo / Beverly Hills for their watch or other belongings. Guys will literally pull up right in front of you and hop out and take you out your shit and won't care. There is definitely other rules you can implement that would stop subpar robberies instead of just removing vehicles completely cause that obviously makes no sense, I could go into a few suggestions but there would be no point LOL

This question was never answered by anybody on the staff team, I would like some clarification too because this rule seems extremely vague. Also I would appreciate if someone could give me examples of how one would be able to mug someone without breaking rules, other people have told me you have to park up a safe distance away from the victim and run on foot for the mugging, other people have told me you cannot use a vehicle at ALL. I just want clarification on this, so me or nobody else get's banned over an accident, thanks.
