Well I understand what you're trying to say guys but it's not like people actually roleplay moving in or even signing which is the least you could rp, they just /sell bam bam it's yours good luck. The suggestion is to SCRIPTLY ALLOW people to sell properties for the SAME (SAME) price they bought it for, again..(SAME) price they bought it for, if there should be a limit, make it 7 days. It's not considered flipping if you sell it for the SAME price you bought it for or LESS than the amount you bought it for. Also I see no problem with that, is it a bit non-rp? Probably, but the previous owner is the one responsible for that, he should take the items he stored in the property UNLESS what's in the property is just useless stuff that won't make you rich by collecting it, not like there's a magic peyote plant inside. I can say that about literally everything you can buy on the server. (Also again you're making assumptions, It's just my first property, I joined not even a week ago, you guys keep attacking the suggestion and my roleplaying skills without understanding the reason behind the 14 days limit, again it was scripted simply to stop property flipping- just that) It's a heavy RP server, I get it but not everybody has to devote that much time (or wait for a looong time) just to sell a humble virtual property (again, FOR THE SAME PRICE), what are we trying to create? GTA Real Life World?

You're just making assumptions brother, I just bought a place and wanted to get my money back and move somewhere else, that's it. Doesn't sound really convincing at all, if you can explain how it can be harmful to the server or a bad suggestion or just straight unfair just go ahead but this is just talk.

Bannable offence, anything, literally every script on the server can be abused in a certain way.

Short description: Players who want to sell their properties for the same price (or less) they bought it for shouldn't wait 14 days Detailed description: Say a player buys a property, the amount he paid for it shall be saved on /pinfo, just like the date and market price and whenever he wishes to sell it back for exactly the same price or even less he should be allowed to as this is not considered property flipping and in no way will harm the server's economy. This should be possible script-wise (eg. I bought a house for 100k and with to sell it for 100k, I type in the following: /psp [100000] [John Doe] [confirm] and bam it works, if I try to sell it for a penny more, it just doesn't get sent. Will make it easier for newcomers and everybody else willing to just get rid of his property, waiting for 14 days is a just too much and it was put for a reason (property flipping) which is understandable but in this case there's no flipping.
