A better method of quality control (in my opinion) would be allowing factions to form when and how they want IC. Let them request a faction from a level 3 admin, create a thread, post screens, and show their stuff to the community and IFM as a whole. And if it’s a complete dumpster fire with no effort or quality? IFM bitch slaps them into oblivion. Let the community have some input in the discourse. If a faction and it’s thread is getting insane praise maybe it’s a good idea? If all it’s collecting is dust and hate? IFM can tell them to shape up or shut it down.
