I support this. In the mean-time though if you have nvidia there is a colorblind filter.

The only issue here is that it doesn't force a binoculars animation. There currently is a bionculars animation and I personally would like the addition.

Currently Rage are working on a lot of tech issues as to why 1.1 isn't launching for people. I had it recently, first was my logitech and corsair software bugging out, then it was a file leftover from lenny's mod loader. On a previous iteration of 1.1 none of these issues affected me, I had LSPDFR installed for a long time while playing on the test server and other 1.1 servers. tl;dr I'm for pushing 1.1 to main now, but players will have to be aware that certain issues may prevent them from playing at all and be prepared to fix it.

Smashing a window would cause the alarm to go off, providing it has one. In the event it doesn't, it should drop a /cim that there's broken glass on the ground. To replace the lockpick system in cars, we could have a UI for hotwiring with a similar difficulty scale. It makes more sense than the current lockpicking.

The staff team could easily go through and view them and say yes or no. Ideally Developers should be one of the first ports of call due to a lot of suggestions may not even be feasible to implement, so there'd be no use in discussing it.

This would be great. If there were public CCTV cameras around the city then there could even be a government agency that monitors cameras.
