  2. Username: Alien Comment: Actually with the new Director Daniel Edison in charge our LSNN became like CNN. Mia Adler should start supervising again instead of just sitting on her ass, what's this pro-Democratic article? Sex work is not work, it's a deviation in society and a mental sickness (lack of self-worth) and psychologists should help prostitutes, instead of society enabling such actions.
  3. Username: Alien Comment: Exactly, killing himself doesn't indicate that he meant bad towards others like the bitch P.H wrote. If he meant bad towards others, he would've killed the assholes who abused him then kill himself or go to prison or something. Dennis was abused, he was a victim. I hope backstabbers will also get backstabbed to feel how it is.
  4. Username: Alien Comment: You are one huge piece of shit. Who comments like this about a man who is dead, who maybe killed himself? And if P. H is Phoebe Holter, you are also one big ungrateful piece of shit, because Dennis gave you awards, financial awards, promotions, editorial freedom, op-eds, magazine and what not despite your snowflake behaviour, and you write like this about him? Listen here you bipolar transgender retarded piece of shit, go check your mental health before it's too late and go back to the kitchen.

  6. The Democratic Party organizes a "New Beginnings" Fundraiser and Gala event BY HANNAH PRESCOTT LOS SANTOS, SA — On August 14, 2021, the San Andreas Democratic Party organized a fundraiser and gala event in Pacific Bluffs Resort. The purpose of the event was to gather the Democratic Party's supporters, discuss new changes in the party leadership, the upcoming State Senate Elections and carving a path forward for the Democrats in San Andreas. Remarks were mostly non-partisan and touched on issues of social and criminal justice. Democratic Chairman Marty Haney, Democratic Senator Diana Jones and Senator and Vice Chairwoman Valeria Reyes Democratic Senator Diana Jones opened the event with a speech to attendees. "The start of this session was on Easter this year. On that sunny Easter evening, I held a speech in the Senate chambers about the start of a new period in our democracy. In the past two sessions of the State Senate, the political climate of the State of San Andreas has changed drastically. A predominantly blue state has turned into a swing state, where the senate has been evenly divided between red and blue for two consecutive sessions. But it worked. We didn’t just manage – we thrived with the cooperation that has taken place. From marriage laws to hunting, to addressing hate crime and organized crime and so much more. All things we’ve achieved because we worked together. As Republicans. As Democrats. As colleagues and as friends, we’ve carried our state forward through this session. I can truly say that I am proud of all that we’ve achieved," Jones said, before discussing some of the turbulence in Senate politics. "Politics is, of course, never a smooth ride. Never an easy road forward without its bumps. Oh, we tried, and I have a lot of respect for everyone who put in their true effort to make things work. But from time to time, differences have to be straightened out. But it isn’t these squabbles and problems that define our success. Our success is defined by our determination to move past our differences, work them out, and even when there is trouble, find a way to work together for the betterment of the state. The betterment for the people. This has been my prime principle from the very beginning, and one I have and will continue to aim to uphold. Because as long as we can find a way to work together, then we know that no matter what, our state will thrive. We have many issues to address. The everlasting rate of crime, the extremely high conjuncture economy, the existence of hatred and discrimination, and countless more. I am wholly confident, however, that we will address these issues, and we'll do so together. The Democratic Party will continue to function as a beacon of cooperation, but no longer under my leadership. I'm here to announce that I am stepping down from the position of Chairwoman, and now give the word to my successor, Chairman Marty Haney", said Ms. Jones. After Jones' speech concluded, Democratic Party Chairman Marty Haney addressed the crowd and outlined Democratic Party priorities for the upcoming session. "I'm honored to stand here tonight as the new Chairman of the party, and I'm happy to know we've got a great team of people representing us, supporting us. But, I'm also worried. I'm worried because there are those who try to undermine our progress, our accomplishments and everything we're building here, in our beloved San Andreas. I come from the field of education, which is what I've been doing for years now - educating our youth and providing not just information, but also a key forward, a path allowing young individuals to take charge of their life and be independent thinkers. By the end of the day, as Senator Jones had just said we have all got our own opinions, but it is up to us to come together and reach the middle as that is the path forward, not just for us as a state, or even a nation but as people. Together, we have made some progress in the Senate, by submitting legislation that supports those who are wronged by the system, by supporting small businesses and our first responders. There are those who will claim we're anti this, or anti that but in reality? We're pro people. We do what we believe is right, everyone here tonight come from different backgrounds, and I truly hope that one day, everyone will be able to say "Yes, I'm proud of my state. I'm proud of San Andreas!". I'm sure most of you heard of the recent disagreements we had with our friends from across the aisle. That sometimes happens in politics, but it is also up to us to extend our hand in a gesture of peace and cooperation which is the path we're going for come next session. We have gotten good candidates to run with us in the upcoming Senate elections, Ms. Gabriella Beltran and Mr. Daniel Voskanyan, and we are still on the lookout for even more candidates, people who are worried about San Andreas just like us, people who want to contribute, to support their local communities and help us transition San Andreas into a more accepting and progressive place," said Haney. Senator and Vice Chairwoman Valeria Reyes concluded the event with a speech on social and criminal justice. "Together under new leadership, we hope to represent the broad spectrum of Democratic interests while reaching across the aisle to build a more liberal, progressive San Andreas that everyone can get behind. It’s time for us, for We the People, to come together. We will choose hope over fear, facts over fiction, fairness over privilege. Today, we are launching the campaign of the Democratic Party. But like our President had once said at the Democratic National Convention: our campaigning isn’t just about winning votes. It’s about winning it for the generous among us, not the selfish. Winning it for the workers who keep this country going, not just the privileged few at the top. Winning it for those communities who have known the injustice of the “knee on the neck”. Winning it for all the young people who have known only a San Andreas of rising inequity and shrinking opportunity. With passion and purpose, let us begin – you and us together, one State, under God – united in our love for San Andreas and united in our love for each other. Let us begin moving forward, together," said Reyes. > Comments are enabled Username: Comment:
  7. Democratic Senator Rudy Benson becomes a Republican: "I have not left the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party has left me." BY HANNAH PRESCOTT LOS SANTOS, SA — On August 14, 2021, Senator Rudy Benson held an exclusive press conference in the LSNN studio, announcing a drastic change in San Andreas politics. During the press conference, Benson announced his resignation from the Democratic Party and transition to join the Republican Party. The change will mean that the Republicans, for the remainder of the Senate session, will hold a majority of seats in the San Andreas State Senate. Senator Rudy Benson Mr. Benson will also represent the Republican Party in the incoming elections, running for a seat in the State Senate on the Republican docket. Republican Vice Chairman Noah Wade offered his support for Mr. Benson's candidacy. Senator Rudy Benson's press release Benson's accession to the Senate wasn't traditional - it was by appointment, rather than through an election. He was excluded from the final ticket during the last Senate elections, and only when a vacancy opened, it was lobbied for his appointment. In an interview for LSNN on 5th April 2021, Republican Senator Kevin Seong spoke very positively of Mr. Benson. "Rudy Benson was a very solid candidate with a bipartisan mindset, who was sadly left out of the final list," Seong said. Mr. Benson also became the Chairman of the Democratic Party. After a couple of months, Mr. Benson stopped chairing for the Democratic Party, after which Marty Haney became the new Chairman. "It's truly unfortunate to see Senator Benson switching sides simply to advance his political career, with zero care about his beliefs and ideals. Not once did Benson mention his discontent, or his so called misalignment of views and beliefs in party meetings, or to the new leadership. We find the use of "political gain" in Benson's statement not only ironic, but also unfortunate. We wish Benson the best of luck and hope to see the seat that was given to him by the Democratic Party returned to the right hands," was the Democratic Party's statement for LSNN. > Comments are enabled Username: Comment:

What started as a peaceful night filled with talks about the mob live on TV took a dramatic turn when an unknown number of armed men murdered four LSPD officers that were in front of Conti's motel room, allegedly Conti's protection detail. Afterwards, one of the men proceed to bust the door open, enter Conti's room, then proceed to shoot and kill Conti. It is believed that News Anchor Dennis Sidwell caught an accidental single shot while standing next to Conti, after which Sidwell fell unconscious on the bathroom floor. In Memoriam - Peter Conti "What I mean is, the mafia is alive. And it's thriving. This is a concept that will never die. When we compare the age of the boss before my time with mine, you can clearly see a difference. As I have said already, Sal Lena was living a poor man's life compared to me", said Peter Conti on LSNN TV amongst other things about the mob. A couple of minutes later, gunshots could be heard on the outside, which quickly followed on the inside too, when an unknown masked man entered the motel's room and murdered Peter Conti utilizing a firearm of an unknown caliber. 11. Abolition of Death Penalty Act of 2021: Forty law enforcement officers petition Governor Brandt to veto latest Democrat bill BY HANNAH PRESCOTT Los Santos, SA - On 8th August 2021, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Republican Frank Ernst received a petition and signatures from forty law enforcement officers condemning the Abolition of Death Penalty Act of 2021 that was recently passed in the Senate, after Secretary of State Guillermo Perez broke a tie in favor of Democrats in the latest Senate vote two days ago. (Floor debate) Forty law enforcement officers sent a signed petition to Governor Brandt against the bill proposed by Democratic Senator Valeria Reyes. "A young man from Rancho inspired me, the place where I was born. A young man who was heavily under the influence of narcotics, and had murdered a law enforcement officer as a result. He plead guilty in court in tears, gave a heartfelt speech and evidence was provided that he was indeed making a change of his life in prison. Nonetheless, he was sentenced to death by capital punishment. It is a ruthless, merciless and barbaric punishment. His case made me dive deeper into it. I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and we are now a step closer to a more progressive San Andreas. This young man's name was Anthony Ramirez. I hope Ramirez's family and friends in Rancho are watching. His cruel death by our judiciary system has not gone unnoticed", said Ms. Reyes in an interview for LSNN after the Senate hearing. (The petition) "This partisan legislation would undermine the safety of the law enforcement community and give individuals convicted of capital crimes a free pass. It is unacceptable", is a part of the law enforcement officers' words in the petition. "Of course I am strongly against this bill. Law enforcement deserves to be safe too. It would motivate criminals to commit murders, knowing that all they would get is a life sentence in prison. Rapists and murderers should not be rewarded with the ability to continue their life in prison as if nothing happened and leech off the taxpayers' money", said a deputy in a statement for LSNN. Sources state that more law enforcement officers are getting ready to sign the petition. > Comments are enabled Username: Comment:
