LSPD's Chief Dwayne Burke along with several supervisors and senior officers from the department abused officer Oliver Specter and forced him to resignation. Is this the police we want in our city? This chief must immediately be held accountable and get fired from his position! We honest citizens want a change in our beloved city of Los Santos ! ! !
Officer Specter's civil complaint
I, a concerned citizen from Los Santos, ask you all, is this appropriate for 2023 for one police department?
Officer Specter's written statement from court:
"Everything started around 10th february, 2023, when the first humilation happened. Lieutenant Damien Sharpe verbally abused me, saying "don't bullshit me" to me, in the Mission Row LSPD station, in the rollcall room (Lieutenant Garrett Cohen present too).
Some days later, in front of the Mission Row HQ, officer Gloria Cabello said to me that "I should fear Lieutenant Claire Weiss".
Days later, Lieutenant Damien Sharpe again, have said to me "you are lucky I came, anyone else would've chewed your ass out". When responding to a supervisory request, regarding a departmental vehicle breaking down on the road.
Then around 17th February, the Chief of Police Dwayne Burke shouted at me in front of many officers, full roll call room, shouting "focus the fuck up" at me, just because I smiled. Everyone else around me was talking, chuckling and smiling, but I was singled out and the only one called out. Then Lieutenant Damien Sharpe made me go in front of everyone on the roll call and publicly say "what was funny". Then Lieutenant Garrett Cohen shouted at me, in front of everyone again, saying "when the Chief talks, we do not talk". On the same roll call, I've been called "stupid" by officer Riley Wade and that "it's been made short and easy for me to understand", implying that I'm stupid. Senior officer Kane Navarro has also called me a "dickhead" on the said rollcall.
And before that, the Chief of Police Burke got egged, so many officers were already on alert of the surroundings. That's when senior officer Thiago Martinez, who is also in the police union, in it's board, he verbally abused me, saying that I'm a "dumbass" and to "get out of his face". Senior officer Kane Navarro said that I'm a "numbnut" and a "lost case" and to "not bother with him".
So I ignored these comments, to which sergeant Akari Miyoshi said to not ignore the senior officer Thiago Martinez (who just verbally abused me right in front of her" and then she wrote the said false report."
Oliver Specter has been crying in the court room. I can not even imagine what he's going through emotionally. Unbelievable ! ! !

Captain Falcon from the LSPD harassed and physically attacked me earlier today at secluded area in Vespucci. I was just driving my car when she pulled me over for no reason in unmarked car without even flicking lights on and all it took for her to unleash her anger on me was me asking her for the reason for the traffic stop !!! She slapped me and pushed me on the ground, threatening me of worse if i didn't keep my mouth shut about this. I feel deeply afraid to report her so leaving this story on the internet for yall to beware of this awful police brutality. If it had happened to me, it can happen to YOU next! I am starting petition to fire her, citizens should not be experiencing such awful things being afraid to go out in public. She did this as she said, because I am black !!!

On 16th December 2021, at 9 pm, an automatic fire alarm was activated in a client's gym, one of Gruppe 6's secured properties. Gruppe 6 units arrived shortly after and confirmed that the alarm is valid. Law enforcement and the LSFD have been notified. After around two hours, the LSFD successfully tackled down the fire. The quick actions of the Gruppe 6 units on scene prevented the fire spreading throughout the whole complex, including the weapon store next door.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): This is not really an actual report because I don't have a problem with the player, she is willing to return the money to me but there's moreso a technical problem and I can't catch her ingame because she doesn't play anymore and she can't recover her account's password either so I'm looking for a solution to get my money back because it's a lot of money it's 460k. The problem is first IC her character said
but Simon didn't give any money back to my character Hannah, then I pmed @Velja ooc on discord but she is inactive on discord too and finally i pmed her on instagram where she replied that she can't access her account and can't return the money to me and now i want to ask the money to be transfered to me from her account to my account and IC it would be Simon giving the money back to Hannah because i don't see any other solution to this problem and it's alot of money it's not just to let it go. And she tells me she hasn't logged ig for 6 days due to this problem and leaving the server too these two problems combined is a problem for me when it comes to my money. I want to ask admin to help me with this, to do the transfer with admin cmd because i can't sort it out on my own with Simon ic, nor ooc i pmed her everywhere but no results. I'm not reporting her for punishment we are on good terms and she's willing to return the money but how? Please an admin to transfer the money back to me with a cmd.
Evidence:
She showed me that on ucp she can't change the password without knowing the current password. I don't know who to contact regarding this problem, to just transfer to take the money from her account and transfer them into mine. She gave me permission to tell all this and include all this and now im looking forward to solution of this problem. If she doesnt play anymore why the money to stay locked in account?

Hannah Prescott: Good evening and welcome to the LSNN studio!
Garbon Meqvabishvili: Good evening, thank you for having us.
Kir Sergeev: Thank you for inviting us tonight.
Hannah Prescott: You are welcome. So tell us, what's new in the MMA world? Furthermore, what are your future plans? What's next now, after participating in two fight nights organized by IFC and Mountain MMA?
Garbon Meqvabishvili: I won at my latest fight. I'm currently happy with my result, climbing those rankings and what is next with Mountain MMA? Well, our team is hosting our first professional tournament - King of the Ring Grand Prix. We are really happy to step forward. All the latest KOTR events we have hosted were amateur back in Fantasia event hall or ULSA, so we are exited to help new faces start competing at a professional level.
Hunter White: I've been fighting in the amateur league for about four months now, but now I'm finally going to become a professional fighter.
Kir Sergeev: I've been fighting as an amateur back in Russia. I gained some experience in MMA and decided to make a move and get into the pro scene.
Hannah Prescott: Kir, when you get in the cage and get ready to fight, what's running through your head then? What's your goal each match and in MMA as a sport in general?
Kir Sergeev: There's nothing special that goes through my head, just to attack my opponent and try to win the fight. And well, in MMA as a sport in general my goal is to win tournaments and become famous world-wide.
Hannah Prescott: What motivated you to get involved in the world of MMA? Why did you decide to choose this dangerous sport? Do you consider MMA as a dangerous sport to begin with?
Kir Sergeev: My motivation to get involved in the world of MMA was surely to know how to defend myself. And yes, I do consider MMA as a dangerous sport.
Garbon Meqvabishvili: It isn't usually that fighters pick this sport like they do in childhood - "oh I'll play basketball or football". Fighting usually picks you. It comes from your background growing up.
Hunter White: MMA is as dangerous as any other full contact sport, such as football or soccer. Athletes are prone to wide amount of injuries too.
Hannah Prescott: Mr. Meqvabishvili, can you please tell us more about the upcoming event that you're planning to organize? King of the Ring.
Garbon Meqvabishvili: King of the Ring started as my own personal league to help amateurs and non-experienced fighters to actually start to fight. You know, a small local tournament with small financial prizes out of my pocket. But as time went by, it grew into something phenomenal and we started getting sponsorships. The MMA scene in Los Santos started growing and I started helping more people with their careers, who were starting out as amateurs. Some of the fighters that started fighting in KOTR are now pro fighters in IFC. And from local tournament in a local gym it grew into this promotion where we will have our first professional grand prix. Four matches - a tournament. Eight fighters, all professional now, fighting for a grand prize of 150,000 dollars.
Hannah Prescott: When can we expect the event to happen?
Garbon Meqvabishvili: Hopefully the first elimination event will be next week and then we get this thing rolling.
