It is most likely ram related. Since last update my game started lagging and freezing. I checked my processes and turned out only one 16gb ram unit was being used. 1 port broke so I was only using half capacity. I switched my 2 16gb units to two different slots and I got my 32gb back and the stutters were gone. Now... it could be that my slot was broken pre update and I just never noticed or it is a coincidence that it broke after gtav update and it started lagging cause of that.

Yeah and since its an uncontrolled job (meaning no faction/business/PM overseeing it) we cannot risk new players with bad intentions messing up peoples parcels. But I do like the idea that you are required to take and place boxes visually and with commands (/buttons) to make it less of a grinding job.

Correct. You technically can because you buy the crates and put them in your vehicle and take them to the drop off. If you get robbed during your run people could technically take your crates. We wont add actual items but I can see if I can make it so you need to take a crate/package before delivering
