Detailed Description Okej my friends, very EZ suggestion, right now mappers make all sorts of custom sh*t, from shelves, garage doors, anything that is in real life, can practically be made in GTA with enough ingenuity on the mapper's behalf. Problem is, you have to do it over and over again, either in a different interior or you want two of whatever you made. Add a function to group items in the furniture menu, so you can duplicate a group instead of an individual item. Say you're using 6 half-trims to make something, instead of copying and pasting each one or duplicating it to the correct position again, you'd be able to duplicate the group and move the whole bunch. - Mapping can also get quite tedious at times, you have the idea, you've done it before, you want exactly the same thing. Why not be able to save a group which you can spawn later into a different interior. Say you made a fancy wardrobe when mapping before, and bam, you want it again. Please save us time 🙂 Relevant Commands/Items Just add a group function and a save group function to the /furn menu How will it benefit the server? Save SOOO much time.

1000000000 Percent Agree, if it cannot be tied down to an actual person in any way shape or form? Don't let them, absolutely 0 leads to follow, happened to me whilst I was investigating a crime, rental poofs and it's gone, cannot get prints off of the non-existent vehicle, can't call an actual company to see who the vehicle belongs to. Nada.

Would you not consider slowing down if you knew you could rack up several speeding tickets in an hour? Or when you're pulled over for speeding by a police officer and there's a record of it, that you could have your vehicle impounded and your license suspended?

Short description: As it currently stands, Law Enforcement ALPR is only vehicle fitted. Los Angeles, and pretty much every up-to-date city in the world uses ALPR on highways, high-traffic areas and wherever else they can stick it in. My suggestion is to add to the current ALPR script to have specific streets or roads fitted with ALPR cameras too. This was brushed over in the most recent Speed-Camera suggestion. Detailed description: What is ALPR? I'll keep it short, sweet and use layman's terms, I don't want to bore you with details, so excuse me if I paraphrase this sum b*tch a little bit. Automatic license-plate recognition is boiled down to camera's reading plates which drive by, and provides location-based information for Law Enforcement to use. They can use CCTV, Speed Cameras/Traffic Law Enforcement Cameras, or ANPR specific cameras. It flags drivers who don't have insurance, have no registration at all, or if the Registered Owner doesn't have a license, atleast in GTA:W for now, that's the way /alpr works in cruisers. I believe ALPR should be added to busy intersections, highways, or any other commonly used areas, flagging not only insurance, registration and license statuses, but also if the RO has outstanding warrants, or is a person of interest. How? I'm not a genius, I assume if the server's vehicles and characters can be imported into the MDC, the same can be exported out and be displayed in game. How to implement it? /ALPR already exists, along with the UI, notifications could be shown in chat for ALPR camera's which aren't in the confines of your cruiser. The MDC could surely keep a days, or a couple hours worth of ALPR data too. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: ALPR Camera's on highway signs, overhanging street lights, walls of government buildings. How would your suggestion improve the server? Traffic aren't the only ones who use ALPR, and this would broaden it's application. Special Operations would now have more information to work off of, both SEB and LSPD Metro; if they're going after a High Risk Warrant on a person? They could now look them up on the MDC, check the vehicle's ALPR location data log, and have a rough idea of the general area they're in, maybe they went clubbing? Detective Bureau, Gangs, and Intelligence would now also have the ability to locate people they're conducting surveillance on, and if a person owns multiple vehicles, they'd know which one has recently been in use, and which one to look out for. This is great, provides CITY jobs too, as speed cameras don't appear over night, stops the amount of Paul Walkers who want to race themselves through the city during the day, could add a little flash effect when you get caught.

I disagree with the whole "No Civvie Gets a CCW" - but the problem is, they're too easy to acquire. Set them all to expire in the next 3 months, rework the FLD test to make people actually work for a CCW. Right now it's a multiple choice test that a monkey could do. And that's why girls with cat-ears carry CCWs tucked into their fanny. Do thorough background checks, set a minimum word limit, make people fucking write. Half of the Server would be like nah, I can't be asked I'll just not get a CCW, the rest? Well, they deserve it.

I still write /q every now and again and think why it ain't working.

I don't think you understand how often it happens and how many scenes we attend at the same time for this to happen, we're not the LAPD, we don't have the manpower to pull every faggio and Blista Compact over and charge them for obstruction. Especially when people do it for the purpose of provoking PD, or them thinking they can get away with it as we're pre-occupied. A TC in an intersection requires a minimum of 4 cruisers, that's a minimum of 4 officers, who's going to pull them over?

Don't get me wrong, I see your point, I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. But it's a matter of how it's portrayed and carried out on the server.
