It's a GTA role-playing server, at the end of the day its up to Nervous to decide, a lot of whats happening in the server you could say doesn't make sense in the time frame the server is placed in or in the West Coast for that matter.

If the RP is up to good standards, I don't see the issue. The server has aspects California never had? Why bring it there. It's a video game and players want to have fun, which are following the guidelines within the server, I don't see a rule in place letting players not play a certain race. Its all for fun (I hope).

We're not talking about Yakuza...

It's really limiting for those who want to role-play what they truly want to role-play as, I mean isn't that where these 'fresh' ideas come from? The way its set out to be is, big factions to remain large, granting them to be invincible basically. No faction ever outlives their demise, all factions fall down. New factions come in and a new chapter within the city is born. Why let us stop adding to the server? Such a poor excuse to be thrown under the bus for. The role-play is there, but you get denied for whatever else and now what? A fresh new faction, awaiting its position is immediately shut down because it was "Driven underground within our continuity" Another use of that word, was that thrown around without reason too?
