Players randomly leave cars unlocked around the map, would be easy for anyone to hop in and simply scrap the car for money or for metal parts every one or two days. PM has added new garages on the map, I think they should balance both illegal and legal garages cuz right now there's too many legal garages and I get why it's hard to scrap cars nowadays. I'd suggest they keep a balance for both legal and illegal garges, this will hopefully resolve the issue.

Detailed Description Simple suggestion to allow players to change the business banner on the menu. When i press Y near my garage it gives me a Los Santos Customs banner style, it would be great if business owners can add their own banners. Detailed Description Just like 24/7 stores around the map, you can use /bjoin to work in any 24/7 in-game which are all displayed on the unemployment menu in LS. I feel like gas station and 24/7 stores are the only jobs that you can use /bjoin. There are so many other businesses scattered around the map which can provide different variety of roleplay. When was the last time you've seen a business in Rockford Mall open? No ones leasing businesses in the mall nowadays which makes Rockford Mall a bit useless, why not add a feature to be able to /bjoin inside certain businesses around the map for players to experience different variety of businesses RP. There are so many restaurants and cafes that aren't being used around the map and are owned by the server. Both new and old players can make use of these businesses without having to rely on someone to apply for this property when PM opens the UCP applications. When we had GTAW Liberty City we were able to /bjoin phone stores, 24/7s and much more. I think they should re-add the same feature just for restaurants, cafes and phone stores. The reason why I'm suggesting this is because I have a char who is a student and it would make sense if my character would be working in a Burger Shot or something similar, but I rarely see players willing to lease a fast food restaurant and even if they do lease one, they won't last long owning it. TLDR: Allow players to /bjoin fast food restaurants, phone stores and other similar businesses that aren't so popular on the server, Just like what we had on LC. Relevant Commands/Items /bjoin (Being able to join restaurants, phones store and other similar businesses) How will it benefit the server? - Players don't need to rely on PM to apply or wait for the applications on the UCP to open. - Creates a different type of roleplay for players than the usual bar and club scene.

Exactly, which I'm sure everyone will buy cars that has this feature just cuz it aids them to get speed. Which I personally think it's not worth it and will create some imbalance. And like I said b4, if they implement this feature, it should be behind a pay wall or something atleast.

I'm not a fan of NOS and I'm sure some players will only buy the vehicles that support this feature just to evade cops or for street racing purpose. If they ever add this feature, they better lock it behind a wall or something.

I think no one uses the unemployment office, would be great if they did a full revamp along with the menus and make players use the unemployment center more often instead of posting on /ads

I guess player dealerships will be less competitive. Why buy a car and sell it for a cheaper price when you can lease a car and cancel it whenever you like w/o having the trouble to find a buyer and taking weeks just to sell it off. I went to Mirror Park's dealership and the Tesla comes for 18k a month which sounds like a good deal than buying it for the original price. But I just hope that vehicle leases are properly monitored by RPQM and PM. It would be odd just to see all fancy cars around the streets. However i do understand IRL it's common that people prefer leasing than buying the latest cars in the vehicle market. I feel maybe a few cars from each dealership should be lease'able rather than having all cars for lease.

Some factions & businesses pay regular players more script wise which makes me doubt how many players will be leasing a sports car in the dealership, but according to Selena it will be monitored by PM and RPQM on the ucp or something as they will be notified, if i read it correctly on discord. I feel like car sales will drastically drop on the server if you can afford to lease the car you want for months, and pretty sure you can tune it, unless PM puts a barrier on that. However I just hope that the lease prices aren't too cheap for any normal player to afford an expensive car in the dealership.

I personally think they should revamp the entire garage script, there's too many bugs and prices are not correct.

Detailed Description Give owners, Manager and supervisors the ability to force /endshift employees Relevant Commands/Items /forceendshift or /endshift [Player name or ID] and be able to force endshift via /bmanager How will it benefit the server? Its normal that a player has to go on afk on-duty and should be away from the public place or the business opening, but most of the times they forget to /endshift. Especially when you are a garage business, they'll basically get paid while being of AFK which is unfair. I don't really think /reporting is really needed and this can be easily handled by a Owner, Supervisor or Manager in-game. This will just reduce the number of reports admins need to handle. And additionally, If someone force endshift you, you'll get a message on your chat saying "Firstname_Lastname has force ended your shift".
