/createitem takes money from your bank account from what I've seen so far. I think the only reason why it takes a fee from employees is to generate cash for the business. Most of the stuff you sell on /createitem usually goes to the employee and not the business as there's no way to store money in cash registers or in the business' cashbox.. There is an /openbusiness cmd that generates 1k/person but the down side to that is the 46 hours cooldown and there's a cap of 40k.

Same should be done with FB, there should be a way to check or to confirm if this character exists or not
