  1. I'm going to be brutally honest here. I mean this with the absolute upmost respect to you guys at PHMC, you guys work your asses off and do an absolutely outstanding job to provide realistic hospital RP. But Hospital & Medical RP in general isn't everyone's cup of tea. People already get quite bored when they have to sit through the RP of getting treated, but for the sake of fairness they do it anyways despite not enjoying the RP or not being knowledgeable about it to the point of not understanding what's happening. In terms of emergency room services, I feel that charging players money to sit through RP they already don't enjoy/aren't knowledgeable in would have more negative consequences than positive. The rest though? medications, doctors appointments, etc etc, I'm fine with. I'm all for realism and providing factions with more income and monetization, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about this one.
  2. Please! It will also be great to be able to track those noobs that try to evade the police in boats, IRL there's radar to easily track them lmao, SASP marine needs this and so does everyone!
  3. make it happen capymodder
  4. I've personally gotten several police characters CKed for being reckless with no regard for their lives. And I'm an LEO RPer myself.
  5. It's fine how it is. Stop resorting to gun violence for everything, problem solved. If a cop does shit thats so unrealistic that it warrants a CK, report them. and they'll get CKed. Hell, I'm an LEO main & have personally reported other cops for being dumbasses with no regards for their life. Each time I have, they've been CKed. LFM & IFM dont take this stuff lightly. The rule was put in because people would make the full willful choice to treat the server like their personal racetrack with a car full of drugs & guns, then intentionally bring attention to themselves just to be able to execute the first cop that stopped them.
  6. Brian Deegan would be proud. (Y'all better know who tf he is if you're repping Metal Mulisha)
  7. Just make it so vehicles can only be /fixveh'd after 5+ hours of being despawned. Problem solved. This way, plenty of time for car jackers to do what they need to do, and plenty of time for people to get their cars back after they have to log off for the night. If a bug happens when the car is spawned in, /report and wait just like everyone else. Anyone that tries to deny that /fixveh is being abused is just downright wrong and only kidding themselves. 99% of people use /fixveh for convenience. All the replies here are showcasing that they're also abusing the command. The command isn't meant for convenience, it's meant for bugs. Is it petty? Yes. Is it still against the rules? Yes. Abuse is abuse no matter how small.
  8. Detailed Description: Simple, add new versions of crime scene tape, with the generic yellow police tape with "POLICE LINE - DO NOT CROSS". As right now all we have is tape with PD, SD, and FD brandings; Relevant Commands/Items: New versions of the tape already in game, but with generic text; How will it benefit the server? Right now we only have tape for the LSPD, LSSD, and LSFD. SASP and SFM have to resort to using other agencies branding on crime scene tape which just looks weird. Having a generic police tape added in solves that issue. For example; State Parks scene containment, SD detectives, but PD tape; Not a major deal, but more of a GOL suggestion for both SANFIRE and SASP. Also can be used as decorations for Halloween and such!
  9. Name: Natasha R. Monroe Comment: Hello, I'd LOVE to make a custom order for SASP. Please send me an email with the details I need to provide.
  10. I mean, if you use the payphone to get an IC friend to post on your behalf, and RP giving them the login info (obviously dont ACTUALLY give them the login info ooc, due to account security), then there shouldn't be any issues, just make sure to document it with SS proof. For the NPC, as long as its nothing that will be detrimental to the character or anyone else, it's fine. For example "This is so and so's cousin, I'm posting this here to inform y'all that he's in prison" etc etc
  11. 99% of people using /fixveh are abusing it so that counters your statement there. /fixveh is for bugs, literally everyone I've seen using /fixveh uses it just to bring their car to themselves. As petty as it is, it's still abuse of the command.
  12. Just make it so when you do /fixveh, it needs an admin to confirm it, much like /sendtohospital needs someone from FD or PHMC to confirm it in most cases. Problem solved. And before anyone says "It just adds to admins work load", it would take 5 seconds to do.
  13. Admins seriously need to start cracking down on the amount of trollish & nonsensical suggestions. Just don't send nudes to people...? Or delete NSFW convos after you're done with them like a normal person lol. Or just... Don't do it?
  14. Ah, I see, easy enough, thank you!
  15. Does anyone know of any XMR hosts that you can pay to remove the stupid ads every 5 minutes? I know Zeno does, but it's expensive. Been looking at Azuracast, but I don't know if it has removeable ads.
  16. I see Sergeant Monroe there, very naic
  17. To add onto this, there's an FSR mod that tweaks the frame scaling options to provide an even better FPS increase & quality increase; https://github.com/NarutoUA/gta5_fsr
  18. Whilst you have some valid points mixed in with some of the outdated/false information there, what you seem to be forgetting is that SASP is a State Police agency, and it's Rangers are State Police Officers. They're fully allowed to be conducting law enforcement duties outside of the parks.
  19. I don't know what FTP Program you're talking about but last I checked SASP's FTP program is heavily geared towards law enforcement first, then the niche stuff second. Yes there's a heavy focus on community stuff as well, but to say we don't focus on hard law enforcement as much as the other stuff is wrong. Y'all need to stop acting like you know how it works internally with current leadership, training, etc because all you're doing is giving people false information at this point.
  20. Lets talk about the illegal side of the topic, though. I think enough has been said in terms of the legal side. I fully agree that the chain robbing rules should remain the same. But limit the rules on the vehicle robberies & such. It shouldn't be frowned upon for gangs to go around rich areas and breaking into vehicles for valuables. It happens a LOT IRL. If police aren't in the area to help prevent that type of crime, then that's an entirely IC issue. Allowing more freedom for gangs to do such roleplay brings roleplay to the LSPD & LSSD as well, as they can create taskforces designed to prevent this, to increase patrols in hotspot areas, etcetera. I've never done full scale illegal RP, but even as a fully legal RPer, I whole heartedly agree that illegal roleplayers should have a bit more freedom to be creative & explore. If you leave your car unattended & full of valuable items, then thats your own fault if it gets stolen/broken into. Most of the "realistically populated" places are in the restricted crime zone map already, so to counter the obvious issue of breaking into vehicles in realistically heavily populated areas, simply add vehicle breakins into those areas or something, there's definitely better ways to help regulate abuse than restricting the roleplay all together.
  21. SASP does a LOT more than just "patrolling the state parks", just saying. They patrol the entire county, not just the Parks. I fully agree with your point, don't get me wrong, but yeah.
  22. In regards to SAHP. Despite everyone wanting it, there simply isn't a big enough playerbase for that. If SAHP were to become a thing, a lot of people from every department would want to go there, which would leave the other departments extremely short staffed. Especially both SASP & SANFIRE who are small enough as it is. If we had a playerbase capable of having enough people for every faction, I think SAHP would have already been implemented by now, either as its own thing, or by transitioning State Parks into Highway Patrol.
  23. Well said. Definitely agreed that it's different. As long as it's for those reasons, and not because a select few don't recognize the legitimacy of SFM/SASP's LEO capabilities or authority, then I have zero issues.
