I'm more than okay with simply voiding it entirely. The break in was simply a furniture one and not a actual one where valuables can be stolen, so that being said, it might be easier to just void it all together, especially since he's rather new. I'm fine with continuing with the arrest if needed, but if everyones cool with voiding it entirely, thats fine too.

Any American knows going for a cops gun & actively stomping on a K9's head will get them shot. Regardless, you got shot because you were between us & the dog, actively stomping on the dogs head somehow. The only way to rapidly secure the dogs safety was through you. As you weren't RPing the dog bites, instead somehow bringing your legs up to start kicking the dog in such a tight spot with the assumed intent to kill it, judging by your constant shouting of threatening to kill us, you were shot. Natural reaction, sure, but how you're able to get your legs up to stomp a dog is not really possible. As for being shot multiple times, on my screen you exited the vehicle, which made me think you were charging, but it was just a glitch from your body rag-dolling.
Had you have not done that, and instead RPed accordingly, you wouldn't of gotten shot.
Regardless, I'm perfectly fine with simply voiding the situation entirely as there hasn't been much RP or development around it at this point. You seem rather new to the server so it's understandable.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Jayden broke into a house, without a mask, and was quickly apprehended. Whilst being arrested & detained, she decided to RP trying to grab for my gun whilst cuffed somehow, which in turn resulted in her getting bit by a K9 dog. Somehow, despite RPing being overweight, she's able to move her legs up while in the back of a very tight police cage that allows very little movement in order to kick the dog. She then kicked the dog in the head, where she was then held at gunpoint. Instead of RPing any form of fear of the guns aimed at her, or the dog literally ripping her arm to shreds to get her to comply with orders, she continued to RP stomping & kicking the dog. As such, and the fact that she was between us and the dog being attacked, she was shot for trying to murder the K9 & trying to grab an officers gun. Everyone knows if you're actively trying to kill or gravely injure a police K9, or try to go for a police officers firearm, you're going to get shot. I believe she simply used this as a way to PK out of the situation without consequences.
Due to the blatant disregard for her own life, as well as the powergaming & refusal to RP properly, we'd like to request a void of the situation at the very least.
EDIT: Not even an hour after this situation, she comes back to the county, runs to an open business & starts attacking everyone in sight for no reason, and then powergames to escape custody. It's clear this person doesnt have any regards for fair roleplay.

and since we’re name dropping, when our characters were called the hard r’s, we fought back and then ‘PDS MEMBER WAYNE PLATT’ decided to call us provokers in faction chat. Another instance was when we fought back against LSCS and we were forum reported for that too.. U cant even fight back against this…..
I mean to be fair, if you watch the clip you posted, Clay Carson was the first to pull out a knife and start stabbing the bikers & skinheads over a brawl & some words. So yeah, I'd say that 100% warrants it.

Plus, "Stab City Mafia" got shut down by IFM for a reason. You can't just make an african american gang spawn into the middle of a heavily white supremacist controlled county out of the blue & expect there not to be some sort of issues with it. I mean come on.
Does the county need more diversity? Absolutely. But that's not the way to bring it. Having a bunch of characters suddenly move from Davis & South Central all the way out into Stab City out of nowhere just doesn't really make sense. Thats just my 2 cents.

Sadly it's been like this for a while and IFM should look into it. There's a bunch of good folks out in the county (LSCS, CWB, DD, etc) that are really putting in the work & consistently providing enjoyable interactions (shoutout to Jacques Hellix), but theres also quite a few that don't do much other than go around constantly looking for beef. I know several people that tried to start businesses in the county but gave up because every time they opened, they'd get a bunch of folks coming in harassing them and disturbing everything. Or even setting the place on fire for not "falling in line".
There used to be a fine balance of illegal and legal RP in the county. But lately it's difficult to RP a fully legal character. I have no issues with there being skinheads or anything like that, but there needs to be a limit as to how it's portrayed, because the bad apples are starting to ruin the entire vibe of the county in general. Everyone wants the county to thrive, but thats very hard to do when you push away everyone that wants to breathe new life into the county without violence or getting involved in the criminal side of things.
I'm not hating on anyone specifically, I've frequently had amazing interactions with the illegal RPers in the county, but like I said, there's a lot of bad apples that kinda ruin the vibe of the county in general.

If unofficial factions are not wearing their vest in character it takes away wording from their character's examine limiting their character details.I support this suggestion, however they can just make two outfit slots, one with the vest, one without. /chardetails has a secondary area below the main one to describe the current outfit slot specifically for situations like you stated above. It also has entirely separate slots for the characters you can put in.

IDK why anyone would assume that a fake license would allow them to just casually buy a gun. I know this is America but shit, gun laws aint THAT loose. It's so if you HAVE an illegal gun, you can hopefully fool security or something when they check your fake license. Usually its a quick scan & thats it.

The "clear they aren't here to RP" was a result of the honestly understandable belief that the characters are the same, and as such, was retracted once the admin confirmed the two are different & it was indeed a wild coincidence.
As for VDMing me for saying I didn't want to interact with you; I said this because the first impression your character gives is rather trollish. As such I ignored you ICly, I said OOC that I'd rather not RP with you, and I'm sorry if that upset you. However I didnt disregard your RP, there was no RP to disregard. After I said that, you left, then returned to VDM me. Had you of continued to RP with me, I would have responded IC, but instead you decided to VDM me for no reason.

I think a good fix for the system would be to temporarily remove admin discretion for serious offenses. On a certain SAMP server they had a blanket punishment system. Didn't matter how serious or petty the violation was, if you actually broke the rule, you got the same punishment anyone else would. It made people think twice about breaking the rules.
I find that a lot of people don't think twice about breaking the rules because they know that a lot of the time admins are a lot nicer than they probably should be. Which isn't always a bad thing, but sometimes it can backfire & lead to repeat offenders taking advantage of the niceness of our admins. They end up repeating the offense over & over until they get banned. Would save admins & the server a lot of trouble & hassle by simply making a blanket punishment system instead of admin discretion for serious offenses like Deathmatching, Metagaming, etc etc.

Would like to see if an admin can check logs to see if they are the same. I find it extremely hard to believe they aren't the same character just with a different name as they're both using the exact same cars, using the exact same ped model, and same behaviors. Either it's a wild coincidence or they're the same person. If it is indeed just a wild coincidence, then so be it.

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Evidence speaks for itself. Bonquisha is RPing an elderly obese lady driving around in a hot pink Donk Faction & a hot pink landstalker with a money livery, randomly going around provoking people. A few weeks ago, she came up to me & provoked me, so my character called the cops on her. Bonquisha decides to come back and intentionally VDM me, my anim was adjusted to the side, so she phased through me somehow. Then, just tonight, she does the exact same thing. I simply inform her I don't wish to RP with her, however haven't actually refused to RP with her. (I simply said I refuse to RP with her, however had she of engaged with me further, I would have responded IC as per the rules). She then comes & intentionally VDMs me without any reason what-so-ever yet again. The player has a history of trolling & deathmatch, I think it's pretty clear they aren't here to RP. She also is violating rule 6 because she's RPing the EXACT same character, absolutely no changes, just with a different last name, probably to clear her criminal record to get a PF license or something, judging by another report against her.

Making similar characters that have the same motivations, goals, objectives etc. is forbidden. This is to avoid players name changing to avoid consequences. TBH, the amount of "petty" reports would be drastically less if it didn't take 1-2 sometimes even more hours to get a response to an IG report that would take max 2 minutes to handle...I understand admins are busy people but still. A better system needs to be worked out. The amount of times I've /report in game only to wait an hour to be told to make a forum report is a lot. It's a system that desperately needs to be fixed.

As a mechanic, and frankly someone with common sense, I can absolutely, without a doubt say that if you're driving 60+ MPH over train tracks, (not a train crossing) your tires, suspension, oil pan etc etc etc will be absolutely destroyed.
Regular vehicles are not designed for train tracks, or even going that fast offroad for that matter.
If you ACTUALLY drove on train tracks IRL like you claim you have, you'd know well that any sedan is going to be absolutely destroyed.
I'm sorry dude but you're not driving a slammed or even remotely stock car on this at over 60PH without your tires, suspension, etc getting shredded. Very slow speeds? Sure. but at fast speeds like people IG do? Absolutely not.
