Stricter laws only work IF cops are around AND those cops are willing to do something about it. Repairs are a result of bad driving habits and one way or another will inevitably get to poor drivers. At the moment these repairs can be done both at a garage or by simply right clicking your vehicle, waiting 30 seconds, and then paying 500$. They could be more effective, but they are not.

Huh? Having friends is part of the roleplay so I don't see an issue with that, even though I won't see that happening from experience. People who run around like that are usually new or do not understand much about the server and they do not have much money. Having a lot of cars to cycle through? I guess, but it's a RPQ concern and they won't have infinite cars anyway.

Okay? At the moment the vehicle HP are fine. If people drive around like lunatics they will get their vehicle broken real quick anyway. I do believe if the repair costs were higher, people would have a direct reason to start driving more carefully.

Of course, because it is around the area of the engine. If you hit somewhere with your trunk and your engine is in the front, nothing would really happen.

Visually? Yes, it gets fixed. As of one of the recent updates, the car gets engine health damage, if the engine reaches 600 HP it starts turning off. People do repair their engines these days. I would simply raise the cost of the repairs so people have a reason to follow the road rules. At the moment there is simply no reason to not drive around like a lunatic.

Everything is fine. Leave it as it is. People need to learn how to drive and at the moment there is no incentive to do so. Repairs cost 500$ and it is a joke for the current economy. Simply change the cost of repairs to like 10k each and you will see how people will start driving better in fear of going bankrupt.
