    Fair enough mistaken identities happen but I personally do not see how a description of a “dude on a motorcycle wearin a mask” is a sufficient reason to shoot someone, there could be tons of “dude on a motorcycle”. I would understand if the person who you mistaken me for was wearing the same jacket, pants or even as small as the same shoes as me. 
     

    Secondly I don’t understand how he would know if I had a mask on when I was wearing a black tinted helmet, but I’m not going to nitpick here.
     

    I understand sometimes you get pressured whilst playing the game and you act without thinking. So I am not seeking for anyone to get punished per se, but I would like to have the situation voided for the above reasons. 
     

    That is my input but admins might see it differently and agree with you. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

    Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): I was just driving through Davis to fill my bike up with petrol at the LTD when Amarion just came from behind and emptied some bullets and be which resulted in my character dying. He claimed that I had shot his friend but I've never even owned a gun on this character. I tried to tell him OOCly this but he continued the RP and proceeded to rob me. I continued with the RP in order not to stall the RP but to me this is clear deathmatching as I have never owned a pistol and never even interacted with his character directly or indirectly.
