Detailed Description: Basically, sounds pretty simple, have the ability to remove registration plates from vehicles without needing to buy a vehicle unregistered, a lot of people buy secondhand vehicles and are unable to remove plates from vehicles, realisticly it's as simple as having a screwdriver, why not make it as simple scriptwise. Relevant Commands/Items: /toggleplate (/togplate) to remove and add plates, or simply /removeplate and /addplate How will it benefit the server?: Can benefit people who have certain vehicles that are used in illegal activity, can reduce the opportunity of LSPD being able to run plates associated with said illegal activities and instantly getting addresses, names or people who have already roleplayed removing the plates on the vehicle.
