I did some digging and here are some possible solutions I found:
1) Disable CEF Rendering.
2) Try using a VPN (Cloudflare Warp).
3) Disable any third-party applications.
4) F1 and reconnect until you eventually load in.

Group calls would be much better rather than having to use the radio for non-work-related purposes.

If that is not your email, then there's a high possibility that your account got hacked. Go into the email you used to register your account and you should see an email from Rockstar about your password and email being changed. There's a button to recover it.

You should be able to see it when you open your UCP.
Click on your UCP name on the top right and press profile. If you're banned, then it will take you to the ban page. If not, it means that you're probably not banned. Check your admin record just in case.

How to easily send pictures to people ICly
Hi!
I've noticed that many people aren't familiar with sending pictures through texts in-game. Since it's an underutilized feature, I thought I'd share a quick way to send pictures for those who may not be aware of this feature!
Step 1: Download ShareX - To send pictures on the in-game phone, you will need to convert the image you want to send into an Imgur picture. Instead of having to convert each picture individually, you can download ShareX, and whenever you take a screenshot, it will automatically upload it to Imgur for you.
Step 2: Once ShareX is downloaded, open it and click on “After Upload Tasks” to make sure the option “Copy URL to clipboard” is enabled. This is a necessary step because it will copy a direct link to the image so you can just paste it into the phone.Spoiler
Step 3: Send the image! It will be embedded as an image. This is an example of how it should look like:
