@Playboii, your character's actions I can understand to an extent, but I find your justification for then executing a wounded person very questionable. It is too easy to blame this on your character's gang-banging ego. If your character just made a huge mistake, then executing this person you don't even know is an even bigger mistake. Especially if this was influenced by your perception that their roleplay or conduct was not up to the standards.
I know that /w is the command for whispering but what if people RP-ed they're whispering and the words just shown in the chat logs, does that mean it's heard? With all my respect I don't think so.
And yes MJ that's why I reported him for making horrible mistakes as he Deathmatched me, Travis Carson got shot too for a non-RP action because Pedro thought having a gun in hand gives him the right to randomly shoot anyone comes between him and his target *Choosing to shoot Dwight "In the driver seat" for what Maverick "In the passenger seat" had said moments earlier is also a very poor portrayal of an adult or even a teenager actions* and Pedro confessed about that too.
Finally, we all here agree that Pedro made at least a mistake "Deathmatching" in this situation and that was the main cause of my report for asking you admins to have a look in this situation and punish him for what he made and when he found himself guilty and can't defend himself he just accused me that my English/Roleplay skills are under the standards which he have no right to say that just because he think his skills are better than mine, thank you MJ for replying and I know you will decide the right decission in this situation.

Actually at this point you just have nothing to say but irrelevant stuff like my English skills which you clearly have nothing to do with it since you aren't an admin, and stuff that i have already answered on so i will refrain from replying on your last comment.
So please, be a man of your word and do not reply on this post till further notice from the admins. -

So whatever, I busted off a few shots and tried to send a message to those two who had entered. Todd was sitting in the back of the truck and I was aiming for the driver, he was not a target once so ever, he just happened to be sitting on the truck and got killed.
As to why I finished him off, my character just made a huge mistake. He just shot someone on the most public streets in LS. So I finished off Todd after realizing I shot the wrong person. I hopped out the whip and continued portraying my characters gangbanging ego. I quickly executed Todd and tried to speed off. So I ditched my car in a car park near the bank and then Javier and I walked back to Vespucci from Morningwood. We bagged up our clothes and burned them up. We got an individual to delete the CCTV cameras outside and we created alibi's for the shooting. Should this shooting have every happened? No. But clearly some provocation and then when you try to establish any sort of dominance through means of roleplay, they just drive off and act like nothing happened. They decided to evade after being aimed at, they didn't even give me enough time to write anything out to roleplay it.It's definitely okay to show your side of the story when it comes to reports, but there's no reason to lie over a report. But don't worry man, I took some screenshots too. This is how this guy approached me OOCly after I gave him the IC reason to killing him.
This will be my only reply on this report until it's picked up by an admin. You're free to run my logs for any metagame you think transpired during this scene, but I'm sure once you do, Javier and our roleplay following this incident will give you a clear outlook on it. This was a botched robbery that turned into a homicide and Javier and Pedro are going to have to deal with those consequences. Again to reiterate, Todd was not a target nor was anyone supposed to die. I think this could've played out differently if the other side would've actually let us roleplay after they did, but they weren't too keen on letting any of us roleplay after dropping that hard R. Julius even tried to page him inside the building about what he said and they just left and ignored him. They ignored every roleplay advance we made and just decided to act like they were gods, if I could take anything back in this situation it would've been who I killed. I would've rather killed Maverick or the driver rather than Todd.
Todd if you need anything man, lemme know. As you saw in my PM's and on this thread, my intent was not to kill anyone, I didn't even know you were there until I went outside and you spawned on the back of the truck. I believe your friends got you killed and stuff like this happens all the time and it's shitty. So I do apologize for killing you, wasn't at all what we were trying to do but it happened as the situation played out. I would've done the same thing if it had been peak time, I've tried to PK people infront of cops before and have got killed, I do take CK's (check my past characters and how they died) if I risk my life to shoot at someone in a high-risk area. I've been honest with you the entire time, don't put words in my mouth, we're both adults who can have arguments about logs, screenshots, etc.Apparently you didn't get the whole point of the report, You should have never been able to hear them talking in the first place as Maverick leaned towards Dwight in order to say what he said as shown in the screen shot, which proves my point when i say that you MG'ed, You shouldn't have been able to hear them speaking in the first place but instead you just PG'ed your actions and took your gun and started shooting them for literaly saying some words between each others which again you shouldn't have been able to hear. And trust me, any mature roleplayer would know how to deal with a racist statement with just mere words instead of drawing guns.
Also, when we speak about lies then let me highlight your lies here, Both of Maverick and Dwight left the store before you could even RP anything or speak to them ICly about what they said (As shown in the screen shot, They literally left the store after saying what seems to have triggered you), after they left, you went outside and followed them up and shot them down without even RPing anything or atleast speaking or saying a word so please refrain from using lies to cover up your fail RP and your trigger happy ego.

I support this idea but I heard that there's already a 3x speed time for roleplaying so with 5x time speed or 6x will be perfect because 10x will make people abuse it by roleplaying with theirselves, coughing or standing up and sitting then when they get out they will easily make another crime which will make the server a gangwar because we can easily get out of the jail down you feel me? your suggestion is really usefull in my opinion but with some editing in what you said, I hope we see some changes in the jail terms or maybe ads more activities or getting kinda well paid for working in jail or somethings like this.

Yeah when someone got a gun pointed to his stomach he'll act wise and cool right? you never got robbed IRL by someone that's why you don't know how could somebody act like when his adrenaline is too high and feel the real danger.. I won't type a topic about psychological attitude for the frightened person but you are totally wrong about how should I act and it's really different from one to one how will he act like when he feels in danger.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Ealier of today Joaquin Salinas tried to rob me with his Glock then I tried to push him away hard before managing to escape that was at the moment he shot my left hand so I ran away and after about half an hour he tracked me from Vespucci to Davis, Grove ST. then simply killed me, shot Jaylen in his hand and after sometime someone called Camar Webb showed up with his friend when Jaylen was searching my pockets for the stuff he gave me before after that Camar kicked my body so I teleported to another dimension that's why I made a /changechar when Camar decided to loot my body faster and when Jaylen asked him for the items he refused to give back and gone away in a car with his friend and when I tried to talk to him in /PM he refused too and told me to keep it IC then ignored my messages.

First, I RPed the damages and because I was gonna log out IRL I didn't gone to fix it and I'll do later.
Second, Me and another have rammed this boy 3 times not only me and he didn't RPed the damages nor the injures that occurred because of the ramming he just acted like nothing happened with him or his car and just he took a U turn and gone to the opposite lane of the highway that's why I rammed him with my EXPENSIVE car.. and one more thing if it's expensive or not I'm the one who will pay for it's damages not him.. I don't know why he still mentions how expensive our cars are?!
