I mean theres a really simple solve to this, which already exists, if you have an M char that steals a phone or purchases a stolen phone and come across anything erotic...how about just ignore any sexts that might be there? Or just sell the phone on if it makes you that uncomfortable OOC. The key factor is Minors are not allowed to engage in ERP, which would mean a minor getting a stolen phone and then sending sexts pretending to be the person whos phone it belonged to. Its a "use logic and common sense" to appease to the rules.

+100 Yes please, I hate that taxi drivers know some of my characters names, some of my characters go by Nicknames only, and would never give out there real name to a taxi app. I love giving taxi drivers RP when I can, but hate that some metagame knowing my name, because realistically some of my characters would not have signed up with a real name, its fairly easy to sign up with fake names too really.

Sorry. -1 from me. We don't need this much hyper realism. If you want to rp your phone running out of battery that's fine. Phones are important for creating RP and adding an rpg element is unneeded it will be a frustrating element to add. We have to remember this is a game and not real life so exceptions for creating rp have to be allowed. It's never been a problem. Doesn't need changing now.

-1 Entirely disagree with the title suggestion. Report the players power-gaming. Flipcoin/rolling is a way many people like to bring a level of chance and randomness to there RP which can make it more dynamic, and tbh, if someone is going to RP something out of the ordinary, but there character is skilled and would be able to do it, flipcoining or rolling helps bring the OPPOSITE and stops powergaming as it adds that level of failure to the action. I do agree with your final point however, chance/flipcoin depending on if its an action AGAINST someone is more of a murky area and could be a slippery slop that limits a huge portion of unique RP if these were removed, but i mean...if you are talking about fighting RP in general a lot of people just punch spam, it's nice to see the rare times people actually stop to RP fights properly with /mes and such. There is also the semi newish "/chance" which would work the same way, I have never really in my 3+ years being here ever seen people abusing the flipcoin/roll/chance to powergame actions that wouldn't be at least in the realms of realism.

What the fuck is wrong with having a character that uses text to speech? How about judge them based on there actual character and how they RP. Unique characters are great so long as they are not played for a joke and overtly trolling. It's a roleplaying game, we are allowed be anything we want to be within reason, aka not an astronaut or the president. This is a pointless jab at people with unique ideas IMO.

I do think this is something that could be included in a revamped "tutorial" and maybe some basic guidelines to newer players in what they should include in attributes. I agree 100% that upon namechanging you should HAVE to change your attributes, maybe a text reminder that pops up in game. Then again a simple friendly PM "hey you have no attributes can you set some please." which I have done before can also solve the problem.

Sorry but I disagree, I have reported people privately in the past when it hasn't warranted a big public report. Transparency is important, to a degree, but the reports section has a habit of breeding passive toxicity. Some reports require a private discussion when it comes to more sensitive reports. The reported party can still respond to a report to the admins directly. Not all "dirty laundry" needs airing to the wider public community. Then theres metagame issues with certain video or screenshot evidence. tldr: No, Don't change what doesn't need fixing. -1
