  1. Only void if a rule break has happened. No other option. Both parties can't decide to "void" things. You break rules? You get ajailed etc and the situation is also voided since it stemmed from a rulebreak.
  2. Simple. Make it cost in money. Each hospital visit should be 10-20k.
  3. Username: Helios is Victor Comment: You are two adults. You are supposed to represent us as politicians. You are supposed to make our lives better and lead us forward in the name of progress and the American Dream. What are you two doing instead? Squabbling with comments brandishing your e-peens. Grow up, take the lead and lead by example. Only idiots care about how based or how many mean words you sling at each other. Work together. Don't excuse. Find a common ground and work to make Los Santos, Paleto, Sandy and all other communities in this fair state a much better place to be. Because it is falling down on your leadership. Thank you, have a blessed day.

  5. Perfect gta world is one where the Port rules all.
  6. Well yea your first problem is thinking reddit is a good place to go to. It sucks. And I've been on the forums a few times, not seen toxicity like gtaw tbh. Then again this was pre f2p so might have changed. #bringbackjukebox
  7. Using EVE as a example is wild. EVE is full of glorious psychopaths who will spend literal years just to fuck you over in the end but with a lot less toxicity and general awfulness. Meanwhile GTAW people will happily spread rumors, be more toxic than the wastewaters of any major cities, gleefully talk behind your back and insult you because you don't feel like rping with someone or something IRL came up then hide behind "its not that deep lmao just turn off your monitor" Especially the people who act like their ic char is them in real life and threaten people with videos of guns and shit.. That is just crazy.

2005 lol, thats way too old of statistics https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_criminal_gangs_in_Los_Angeles They seem to source a more up to date list from 2021?
  9. It is what it is. No but like said elsewhere in the thread, ultimately it is an IC thing because if you do crime and get caught, you should be punished for it. 48 hours seems rather excessive on paper but you also need to understand everyone have lives, even the criminal in question. Nobody is going to login for 48 hours to get out of the hold, it'll take like a week or two while the court case and so on goes on. Some cases takes more then that obviously due to the workload and limited amount of attorneys and DA there is plus waiting for evidence to be sent. Solution? Have the counter run offline maybe if it's a investigative hold, maybe let the leading detective get a warning in the UCP or when they login when someone is about to be released urging them to get their things going.
  10. Literate writers and roleplay can be found in various online communities and platforms, often related to creative writing, storytelling, and roleplaying interests. Some common places to find such writers and roleplay opportunities include: Writing Forums: There are many online forums and communities dedicated to creative writing and roleplaying where literate writers congregate to share their work and engage in roleplay. Examples include Reddit's r/Roleplay, Writing.com, and various specialized forums for specific fandoms or genres. Social Media: Social media platforms like Tumblr, Twitter, and Discord have active roleplay communities where literate writers come together to create collaborative stories, often in a more casual and real-time manner. Roleplaying Games: Online platforms like Roll20 and tabletop RPG communities often attract literate writers who enjoy creating complex characters and immersive narratives. Fanfiction Websites: Websites like Archive of Our Own (AO3) and FanFiction.net are popular among literate writers, as they offer a platform for writing and sharing fanfiction based on various books, movies, TV shows, and other media. Writing Workshops: Some writing workshops and courses may also involve roleplay or collaborative storytelling exercises, attracting literate writers interested in honing their creative writing skills. As for the stigma surrounding literate writers and roleplay, it's important to note that not everyone stigmatizes these activities. However, some misconceptions or negative perceptions may exist due to various factors: Misunderstanding: People who are not familiar with literate roleplay may misunderstand it as frivolous or juvenile. They may not appreciate the creativity and storytelling aspects involved in roleplay. Stereotypes: Some may associate roleplay with certain stereotypes or misconceptions, such as thinking it's only for "geeks" or "nerds" or that it's solely focused on escapism without any literary or artistic value. Internet Anonymity: The relative anonymity of the internet can sometimes lead to negative interactions, harassment, or inappropriate content within roleplaying communities, which can contribute to a negative image . Cultural Differences: Cultural attitudes towards roleplay and creative writing can vary, and in some regions or communities, there may be a more pronounced stigma attached to such activities. It's important to remember that literate writing and roleplay can be a valuable form of creative expression, offering a sense of community and collaboration to those who participate. Like any hobby or interest, it's essential to engage responsibly, respect others, and ensure that the experience is positive and safe for all participants. Ultimately, whether or not there is a stigma attached to it can depend on individual perspectives and cultural norms. You got chatgpt'd.
  11. In the end, wether or not the admin team is full of americans (like that has anything to do with it, this isn't the 2000s, we have the ability to internet), every major decision especially pew pews is decided ultimately by the Panda.
  12. Either ban all (M) or not This suggestion would introduce massive amounts of MG anyway. You see (M)? you know they're criminal and you change your behavior to reflect that
  13. @NexusExodus is bringing them back
  14. You should look at the senate chambers more often because there is a lot of bills and laws being proposed and voted on that change a lot (or little) in the server. The senate, and by extension political RP, gives another venue for roleplayers to roleplay in.

  16. Username: Edward Ulf Comment: The bible is just a book. If you are to follow it, you have to follow *all* of it and not just cherry pick from it. American Christianity is nothing like actual Christianity. Just look at US history, a lot of shitty things were justified by politicians using the bible. People have replaced faith with ideology and certain people abuse the religious books like the quran or bible to be massive shitstains on society.
  17. Name: J.P H Comment: Shows what you know. Law enforcement can't decide what is lawful or not, they enforce the laws. Its up to the DA/courts to handle the legal issues. And wow, sheriffs say the shooting done by their detective was "lawful", do you even hear yourself?
