I think there should be a differentiation between people who make a mistake and trolls, as I believe they shouldn't be punished with the same severity. Some people can learn from their mistakes and improve if they are guided, while others may not. That being said, I think admins should be stricter with players who repeatedly commit the same offense or break the same rule over and over. Whether you call it "strikes" or "number of jails," in the end, it should be the same. I think if someone accumulates a certain number of sanctions within a short period, all for the same reason, it should result in longer jail times and eventually a ban.
