Jonatan was born on May 17, 1997, in San Fierro, San Andreas. Jonatan is the second-born child of Tamas and Leah Prais. His father moved to Fierro in 1992, after marrying his mother, to find a better life for their family. His father was a driver for a local trucking company, and his mother was a cleaner at a kindergarten near their apartment. His sister finished school in 2019 and traveled to Europe on a student exchange program, while Jonatan was never a college prospect. Nevertheless, his parents forced Jonatan to try and apply to a college, so he did, and that is how Jonatan ended up in Los Santos. On his move to Los Santos, Jonatan moved in with his father's distant cousin, as she was living alone and needed someone to help around the house. His college was not going as planned, and Jonatan dropped out in the first few months, but decided to stay around the city to seek better life opportunities. He started working as a storekeeper for a local company, and that is how he managed to survive. A few years later, in 2021, his cousin died, and her apartment was assigned to Jonatan by her will. The death affected Jonatan badly; he was asocial and his cousin was the closest thing he had to a friend. In the period after her death, Jonatan developed smoking and drinking habits, which affected his financial and health status badly, leaving him in big trouble, having to fight to survive. As he was ashamed of what he had become, Jonatan refused to go back to San Fierro, trying to patch up his life before he left.
