  1. I actually think that'd be a bit too much. I explicitly suggested it for tattoos, because those tend to use the most space in every /examine of any player that describes their tattoos in the tiniest ways. It tends to get very long. Other stuff like clothes isn't too examine-space heavy, imo. But it's definitely needed for tattoos, even after all this time.

Feature Showcase: Twin Tower Correctional Facility - Rework General Information: Albeit sometimes quiet, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department Custody Division has been working diligently to bring you all a much awaited update. The new Twin Towers Correctional Facilities is based on the real life equivalent of the facility, and we worked alongside the inmates council to propel this project. We would like to thank all those involved in the project, particularly with regards to the remap, including @L I C E and @tired!, for the mapping itself, and @MomoIsHere and @rasbruu, for leading the remap from an administrative standpoint, without which we would not be able to complete such a feat, alongside everyone else that put in innumerable hours into this. We would also like to thank all the players for creating such a unique and enjoyable roleplay atmosphere within the Twin Towers Correctional Facilities, the work and effort that you all put in has massively changed the experience for the illegal community. Any questions or suggestions are to be directed to @Stephen. Within the project, the following suggestions have been implemented: - Double housing in isolation - A new Protective Custody Housing (PC) - More detailed cellrooms. - Segregate minors (will be sent to PC) - Trustee System: a working and scripted trustee system revolving around inmate jobs - Gang Units Investigating Gang Affiliation In Jail - Programs for inmates in the facility - Health Check-ups (contract with PHMC) - More strictness on prison uniforms/clothing (Volume in the CMD for deputies) - A new library - A new mess hall - An entirely new pod area + seperate yards for A and B Pod. - More guard bubbles and staff-areas near inmate housing for CO's to occupy. - A very small workshop room in each pod until the actual workshop is finished being mapped. More things will be slowly added to this new and improved version of the prison in the future, such as a labor workshop, a new version of the showers and a new sally port. The goal is to improve the still existing bits and pieces from the old version of TTCF that made it into this new version.   3. Sandy community mid 2020 when Donnie was still around. There was just way too much going on around the 24/7, but in a good way.
  4. The placing of trees is falsely prioritized. South Central has way too many trees; Mirror Park has pines at some points, which doesnt make sense; And I dare say the county actually got too few trees at parts. I'd say it has to be improved; and the goal of this general improvement should be a more general placement of more roleplay enhancing props, such as tables; chairs; general miscellaneous objects you'd find around a city.
  5. Honestly, anyone with the slightest attention to detail and atmosphere is worthy of being appreciated in this thread, as mapping is much more than "hehe, wall go there, floor here". Extremely great work with attention to detail and simply conveying an atmosphere can be seen from mappers like @L I C E @Wremlish @Miserabelle @SarcasmJoyand many more I didn't explicitly mention. This servers sub-community of mappers manages to amaze me way too often, ngl. Keep up the great work, everyone.

    RDR2:W when? but, uh, yeah. I dunno, chief. Not a fan of the mod itself, as the animation and the overall way it's done appears sloppy. Dunno if the quality is fit.

  14. I am personally against a Sandy that is essentially just Mirror Park + sand. We're probably good like this right now. However, I did like the sort of main-street seen in the mod, and would even want to see it in-game if it was just a tad more run-down. Sandy isn't fancy nor anything remotely fancy and it never will be.
  15. Well, the mapping of the mall in its current state isnt exactly the best. The entire point behind custom mapping is to transmit an atmosphere that assist roleplay. And the current atmosphere is.. well.. yeah. Not ideal. If we simply ran applications for mall booths, this would go for itself. Then there could be a group keeping these stores in check + ... **mall cops**. It has a lot of opportunity, but we have to start by reworking it and offering pre-made store fronts that one can apply onto over leases and then customize said shop into something special.
  16. Feature Showcase: Richman Hotel + Hotel Script General Information: Thanks to the hard work of the Mapping Team, we are proud to announce the opening of the Richman Hotel. A huge thank you goes out to @Tiddy, who mapped the majority of the hotel and did an amazing overall job with the design, and @PlayerX, who designed the main hotel room, for mapping the place entirely from scratch over the last few months. Another thank you goes out to the admins @jesscatXD @Adv and @MomoIsHere for setting the script and the entire hotel up in-game. Also thanks to @Bombie for initiating the project. A lot of dedication, detail and love went into the custom-mapping to offer all of us a new area to RP in and enrich our experience even further. The city's latest temporary housing option aims to give it's guests a small taste of luxury, with options to use the amenities such as the pool, spa and also an office for possible hotel staff, when it comes to special occasions. The hotel includes a grand lobby that leads to two elevators, which each leads to a set of four floors. There are in total 108 rooms available, which will be entirely private, unlike the previous system with renting motel rooms. More importantly, the hotel also features a spa and a ballroom, which will be open at all times and can be used for events and activities freely if considered reasonable. For example, the absolutely astonishing ballroom can be used for a wedding or other festive occasions. In the future, it is planned to add additional bathroom stalls around the pool area and also an entire new area that will be used for suites, which will be more personalized but a bit more expensive. These will also include a balcony for each of them, but that’s a feature that will be added later on. Additionally, the Richman Hotel Restaurant is also a new opportunity for players interested, as there will be a business actively revolving around the hotel. This will be made available via leasing requests. The hotel is planned to stay server owned for the time being, but anyone is free to roleplay around the area, as it will stay unlocked and public at all times. The hotel can from now on be located by the yellow hotel symbol in the Richman area. Another hotel, the Venetian Hotel in Vespucci, is also in planning and will follow suit soon, utilizing the same script and principle. Script Information: When renting one of the hotel rooms, only you and up to 3 others you give keys to will have access. Rental cost is per hour, and the maximum is 12 hours. You will automatically lose keys to the room after that and also lose inventory access. Credit goes to @St3fan[NL] for the script. Location: Screenshots:
