I think hitting/shooting someone after tackling them is pretty clear cut script abuse. Codifying it is as simple as adding a line to the rules under powergaming listing doing so as an example, so sure—why not? +1

I think if you’re going to start an IC sports league, you could not have picked a less popular sport. Soccer is undoubtedly the least popular of the big 4 sports in the US and most Americans who do watch it don’t watch American teams. LA also isn’t a soccer city at all. NBA 2K on the other hand…more (domestically) popular sport, smaller roster (thus easier to fill), more culturally relevant, fits the server and location better, and tbh…2K is a better game and would probably be more entertaining to watch as well. Though ultimately even a rudimentary, archaic, clunky basketball script on GTAW would get so much more enthusiasm from me than any external game would.

I don’t care either way and I agree a lot of these ads are dumb, however: The idea that GTAW is supposed to be family friendly when it literally profits off the sexualization of its players via FB, Quickdate, and AdmireMe (when it existed) is pretty funny. I think management should decide whether or not this server is supposed to be for children—and if it is, you need to outright ban inappropriate behavior instead of trying to conceal it. And if it isn’t, you need to ban minors (understanding that it’s nearly impossible to enforce.) This idea that you can simultaneously promote, encourage, and even OOCly profit off NSFW content while also making a concerted effort to allow and encourage minors playing the server is silly. It’s like having a daycare in a strip club—either ban kids or get rid of the strippers. it seems like a silly conversation to have about a game where murdering other people is a core mechanic.

I'm not sure you realize that if you follow your own suggestion, you would be recommending to report the exact same situation you're defending: "your holding a garden party when a bunch of intruders invade your property." If I caught my faction members robbing a garden party in Vinewood hills and they hadn't been scoping the place out for WEEKS beforehand, they'd be booted for shitty portrayal. That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. It's even worse if you're RP'ing as a member of a street gang or anyone else with turf that is nowhere NEAR Vinewood Hills.
