I think the FD needs to take steps towards simplifying their role-play a little bit, and focusing on transport rather than treating a patient as if they were in hospital. I understand that this may blur the lines between reality and fiction, but I think this is what we need on GTAW. I understand that medics join the faction because they are interested in medical role-play, but why not start working the hospital again? Provide detailed care-based role-play to those that want it at the hospital and allow the EMTs to work on getting the patient to the hospital quickly.

Most mechanics are forced by customers to speed up and just do quick repair with cmd. So by pming a mechanic telling him 'take your time and rp if you want' he will most likely RP for you. On the other hand, most mechanics wouldn't really roleplay said stuff would be the problem. They'd just do their stuff by scriptwise only and leave.

Just like with erotica, e-sex isn't supposed to be about to penetrations and juicy porn scenes - it's supposed to be about the emotions shared by two characters. One major rule of thumb in writing erotica fiction is that you steer clear to the gory details of how it's being done, and focus on the connection between the people involved - what are they feeling emotionally? Why are they feeling it? Why is it important? E-sex can be an integral part of roleplaying a relationship, but it's just nasty if it's acting out porn instead of focusing on the emotions.

This says it all. I don't think honestly that people will treat you differently and put you outside the box for using ped skins, I mean as long as decent roleplay is following up, you're good.

Not sure that he can do it directly through the game settings, however there are few mods I've used back in time which remove certain ambient sounds.

Cell phones in prisons are often used for nefarious purposes, and smuggled cell phones are a headache for the administration. Guards sometimes close their eyes or got bribed when it comes to food, money, cigarettes, drugs, but a cellphone? Hell no. The largest prison riot in recent memory, which occurred two years ago this month, was a gang fight that was organized by use of cell phones. Prisoners are so, for a reason. I am not getting into the moral debate of what they "deserve" or not, but mobile phone is something they don't really need. They are serving time. Let me state that again, they are serving time for some nasty stuff they did. It could be murder, rape, theft, genocide, etc. Do you really want to risk letting such people use mobile technology to plan future killings ? That was safety aspect of it.

Maybe if you provide a record, I'm pretty sure someone'd be able to assist you efficiently.

Perhaps what he meant by "require to set description" is as a whole process, like implanting a script that forces you to set your description once you rename/create a new character. Seen from this angle, it could be interesting.

No man, just switch the setting to dx10 in game graphics. If you have any mods installed, remove them.

I support this, but it has to be monitored by admin team along with some heavy regulations. Also, if I may suggest, best'd be to not keep the school open h24, but e.g. three days a week, or smth like that.
