I apologize for my delay on the report.
I will be concluding this report now.
@On Foot Activities You guys pulled up on him and killed him with literally zero interaction whatsoever. This is a clear example of deathmatching and poor escalation. You also shouldn't have finished him when he was in the wounded state. It was very obvious that once he was wounded, you shot him three times to put him in the death state. This is not Fortnite. When someone is knocked and still able to be saved, that is something you never know in real life. You shouldn't be going specifically to put the person in the script death state, it is play to win behavior and unrealistic. Azayre will receive a verbal warning for this.
And @Auto, why were you two staying on scene after shooting someone and looting him? Fear was not properly roleplayed by you guys staying on scene after shooting and killing two people.
Rodrigo will receive a 7 day ban for his actions, especially considering his record. Azarye will receive a 60 minute admin jail for his actions as well.
This scene will also be voided. For any items lost, you may submit a refund request. Make sure to follow the format, state all items you lost with evidence, and the link to this report.

As mentioned, it's been months since then and just about everything that could go wrong with this case has. I'm fine with voiding the warrant entirely because without the dashcam footage, there is no case unless I go back and reinvestigate everything (Which I do not want to do).

This already is in rule 1:
"Failing to roleplay a situation is strictly forbidden. You're expected to be roleplaying at all times, If a player breaks the rule during the situation you must finish the roleplay and report later."
Suggestion L&A as it is listed in the rules. Either way, this is common logic, and an administrator may use their discretion when dealing with a situation like this.

It seems as if we once again cannot remain civil on a simple general discussion thread. If all of this toxicity and immaturity continues, people will be given punishments and this thread will be locked. Be more mature. Just have a normal conversation. That's it.

I will be concluding this report now. No matter what happened, you were beaten up, and still got up without roleplaying your injuries. I understand that you were in the middle of typing when the car ran you over, but you should have realized your mistake right away and continued roleplaying. Either way, you should have never just casually got up with no roleplay and continued chasing the vehicle. This is blatant powergaming, and you should know better.
Dennis Buffalino will be permanently banned for his actions. This ban will be under Adv as instructed by him. If you eventually wish to appeal your ban, you will have to do so in his name.
