  1. Would be nice, yes. Could even set a setting for people who wish to keep it in the chat.
  2. Hey. Check out these two threads for publicly available supplier programs and schemes: Just as an example - you can apply for a scheme to start growing either weed or mushrooms. Really comes down to what you want to do. If you don't like anything from those lists, you can always come up with your own unique scheme and you might have a chance to have it approved by IFM. Good luck!
  3. Pick a concept you find interesting & fun. You can do some research too if you wish, depending on a concept. Create a new character with said concept, try to remain IC at all times as much as you can. And have fun. Most of the time, the understanding of your character will come naturally. This may not apply to all concepts, some are harder to portray than the others. But don't forget to have fun.
  4. It makes sense, but maybe not the full amount. If players are given a full refund upon losing the property, then there is nothing stopping them from hoarding properties while being inactive, knowing they will get a full refund. Receiving half MP + furniture cost would be fair.
  5. Could simplify it even more and have a feature to /addaddress directly to the /gps system. So when you type "/gps", the list of saved addresses pop up in the chat.
  6. Detailed Description: There already is a good variety of socks available in the clothing store, having /changesocks option which works similarly to /changehelmet would be nice. Relevant Commands/Items: /changesocks How will it benefit the server? QoL
  7. The most underrated setting in my opinion is low brightness, the game looks ten times better.
  8. Yeah. Similar to /reto & /tore, we can have /wre & /rew. Would be nice.
  9. Detailed Description: Female socks were added to the server long ago, and LC had grey socks for males too, not sure why they are still not added to LS. Relevant Commands/Items: /socks on, /socks off, I guess? How will it benefit the server? Socks are cool.
  10. I have ran businesses with Unique Item Script multiple times before. I used to run them when the timer was 24 hours, and ran some after the timer became 48 hours as well. The tactic has always been to /openbusiness one or a few hours earlier, before the opening. So if I am planning to open my business every single day at around 6 PM in-game time, I would hop in-game and type /openbusiness twice at around ~4 PM in-game time to open and close it, so the timer starts counting from there. That way you can make sure you can always open at the same time every day. Most of the businesses I have ran would hit the $40,000 limit within two hours or so of the first day of opening. So second day I would open it without making any profit, just to keep the consistency. Which I would never complain about because Unique Item Script businesses barely use components if your prices are low. To give you a rough idea, you make $40,000 from the entries in two days, you receive $4,000 hourly paychecks and you only spend about $1,000 on components. Unless you are making expensive items, such as jewelry which uses more components. Unique Item Script businesses are an absolute goldmine if it's active and popular. Though, decreasing the timer from 48 hours to maybe 44 hours, or even 40 would make a good impact. The owners will no longer have to hop in-game early and open/close their business just to launch the timer. With 40 or 44 hour timer, you can always open at the same time if you are opening your business every single day. Though, I believe there is a huge disbalance when it comes to restaurants. Unfortunately, the smaller your business is, the more money you make simply because you do not require extra staff. For example, if you request a tiny coffee shop which can be ran by yourself, or maybe one extra employee, you make maximum profit. While restaurants with the same script make the same profit as you but they have to pay for the staff and especially cooks. If a player cares about maximizing their profits, the system sort of pushes you towards acquiring easy to run, tiny business which can be ran by one person. Would be nice to see a change to reward owners of larger businesses. For example, restaurant can receive $2,000 bonus from each entry instead of a regular $1,000 and limit for restaurants should be $60,000 instead of $40,000. That way restaurants can pay off the staff and match the profit of a tiny business with Unique Item Script.
  11. Pretty sure they can come back and kill you for that as robbing someone at gun point is a serious offense. Though, you can't kill someone for calling cops on you for petty crimes like stealing a drink from the store. At least that's my understanding of the rule, correct me if I am wrong.
  12. I think this would be an amazing addition to /sendlocation command. Should be something like /sendlocation [number] [current/waypoint]. So if you can share your current location with /sendlocation [number] Current. And if you have a waypoint set then /sendlocation [number] Waypoint.
  13. Hey. Please check out these two threads to learn more about schemes and supplier programs. Some of them are specifically for individual illegal characters without a faction: Hope that helps and good luck!

    Income Tax

Remove that tax. Let players receive $500 or $800 an hour until their total assets reach a certain amount, then make the hourly income $0.
  15. In the past, if you had over $600,000 in total assets, you would receive $0 each paycheck instead of regular $500 which was nice in my opinion. It was removed for some reason. I think if you have over $1,000,000 in total assets, you should no longer receive money each hour, whether it's a regular $500 or $800. Also. What about replacing property inactivity timer with a property tax? Let's say, monthly tax of around $10,000 - $20,000. Of course it should depend on what sort of property it is and also the area. For example, tax for a standalone house should be higher than for an apartment and property tax in county should be less than in the city, property tax in Vinewood should be higher than in Davis. If your property tax payment is overdue for more than two weeks, you lose the property. And I believe there should be an option to pay through the banking application.
  16. Hunting roleplay isn't completely inactive. My character goes hunting with a group a few times a month. Every now and then we come across other hunters as well. I agree with this. This is the real reason SAPR feels somewhat useless nowadays. The laws weren't perfect and some members of SAPR were taking advantage of it. They promised to rework it but never did.
  17. @Poetic carrying the entire thread
  18. +1 Doubt there are players who purchase VIP status for multiple characters at a time, so this change probably won't affect WP sales in a negative way.
