"I don’t understand what you are trying to do when the task is already known in the appellate court. I will be requesting briefs regarding this matter from the parties involved, this being the appellant and the respondent including any involved parties to gather within your brief. Furthermore, I will be inviting Commissioner Whitestone to submit a brief if he chooses to do so.
 

Given my decision I grant all involved parties who wish to submit a brief to the court will have until 01:00 PM on Wednesday the 10th.

Hey @Kardo and @Ezek,

after reviewing the information thas has been provided by both of you I have come to a conclusion.

First of all, I can say that I can see where you BOTH are coming from - Ezek just had a crash after a pursuit, LEO RPers always experience these kind of situations, which is why the report was made - but that's good, because that's how we can talk about it! Kardo just thought that you tried to leave, however, I can say that you logged back in after 25 minutes. You have to remind that there is RP going on and off continuing all the time, so if they would have waited for 25 minutes you guys could continue the RP - but waiting 25 minutes seems a bit out of the time frame in my opinion, LEO get calls they have to respond every now and then. So it would have stopped their RP with a cut.

I do get Ezek too, he just crashed and did come back - but all he was confronted was his vehicle being towed. 

I don't think Ezek had any malicious intent and that he geniuienly crashed - so I am not going to take any action here. If there is something that needs to be refunded, go on! 🙂

after reviewing the evidence I will not take any form of punishment due to the benefit of doubt, because there is almost no evidence. I have tried to search in the logs and couldn't find it either, however I will let kardo issue a search warrant - for this to be continued.

after reviewing the provided information I have to a conclusion.

Due to the benefit of doubt and the shown screenshots of Rausch, I will not take any administrative action. Hwoever, Rauch I just want you to know that you could have contacted the LSPD after crashing through discord - so these kind of misunderstandings won't occure in the future.
