There's already enough LEO factions as others mentioned, and most have their own IA units so the FBI would be redundant. Plus, majority of the crimes FBI would investigate outside of IA duties aren't really something that occur on GTAW so it'd be pointless.

Probably worth checking your CPU usage and that kind of thing when it does start to lag, just look at if RAGE specifically is spiking your usage or if there's any background processes interfering in some way.

I think some of the map designs are pretty poor, that specific map with the bridges in the middle of the map just becomes chaos, doesn't seem well thought out based on how many people are in the server

I get the chat lag after a longer session, or being tabbed out for a bit. Logging out/back in resolves it, but no FPS issues really.
