Limit /cuff to 2 per LEO with the new handcuffing system.

Having an option of maybe 2-4 might be realistic, considering that some officers may carry more than two. Handcuffs have become more compact than your average pair of chains and irons. Something like this would be super easy to carry on a belt. You've got two in there. Personally, I could see most cops carrying at least 2-4. -

I don't believe the police need a buff in damage or a increase in health, it is my opinion that people who class themselves as "illegal RP'ers" should be looked at with a little more scrutiny when committing shootings involving police, I be pulling people over for minor traffic violations to just talk to people and have a conversation and I get turned into a block of swiss cheese, I've simply solved this; I don't go to South Central and try and interact with anything in Davis as a LEO RP'er, I straight avoid Davis/Strawberry & Rancho. I don't have positive interactions in that area and find it un-enjoyable. Everything outside of that area I've had no issues with.

Even if that happened, people would find something new to complain about the LEO Community. Unfortunately it's a vicious circle of issues that will continue to pop up and get fixed with only a new one to occur again. I would like you to know, whilst I thought about this comment. I laughed my ass off for a solid 10 minutes. Thank you for this.

I'm running into this issue as well, so I'm gonna jump on this train for some fixes. I do weekly defrag's of my hard drives. -
As a LEO member of PD, I can see this being mis-used, but as a person who has watched the movie night crawler and that Netflix series about stringing in LA, I can also support it and get behind it. I wouldn't mind seeing this as a addition to be totally honest with you.
