Sounds more like something that should be addressed through different (IC) channels, because that fine applied was not in line with the penal code. The fine for regular possession (under 15g) is 4.5k max, so yeah. Other than that, for obvious reason that's gonna be a negative.

or just make all the new UI stuff they add enabled by default, BUT able to be toggled in /settings for those who don't want it...

absolutely not, we already have people complaining about their cases being unattended (because of said manpower issues) on a daily basis, having more complaints about bail not being handled in time and people sitting in jail while it's pending that is just going to demotivate people in JSA more than they already are

Yes, phone tracing is reserved for law enforcement factions only. And phone tracing isn't as black and white as you might think, civilians don't have access to that for a reason, both IRL and in game.

i dont know, but wearing the exact same clothes and carrying the pistol that you just used to murder 4 police officers on you at the time of getting arrested doesn't exactly inspire confidence and say "yeah, i tried"

should do some research before making claims like that, the death penalty was just recently (give or take a month ago) reinstated

the death penalty when we tailored it was intended to be only for jail CKs from lifers and serial killers, i'm not quite sure why it's being used in this fashion but i'm also quite frankly not necessarily against using it against people who shoot cops over dumb reasons
