He wants NVR, not NVE. I think the Rockstar Games Launcher doesn't let you mod your game though. That may be the issue. From what I know GTA 5 can be modded on steam and epic games.

Thank you guys, I'll try to find something that's gonna work without me going through all of that hassle.

Used that mod folder with OpenIV.
