Sometimes people use this feature to their advantage to avoid attracting law enforcement officers attention; therefore, having this addition would make the roleplay much more realistic. In my opinion, gun shots should be heard depending on the radius of the shooting, so sometimes you wouldn’t even know the exact location of the shooting because of the echoing. All in all, I support this idea.

I don't think it's a worthy addition just because there will be people who will try to metagame as soon as they get /pm. It shouldn't be mandatory to request kidnap permissions if it's portrayed realistically with proper reasoning behind it.

There are some objects that are out of place, but in general I love the new addition— gives a better vibe.

The idea suggested here has nothing to do with mechanic garages not being opened regularly, that needs to be sorted with PM. I'm supporting this idea myself, have had only one car maintanence since I joined this server in 2019.
