I'd like to ask you two a couple of questions regarding to the situation.
"he pulled up with many of his fellow gang members and they hopped inside my car trying to get me out" - if they were inside your car what kind of roleplay they did to stop you and how did you loose them?
"I do and I run around for a while, then get back" - why did you come back to the scene and not just leave them alone if you knew your life is in danger?
- you started to insult him, tease him and what not, he threatened you that if you come back he gonna do something bad, so why you came back even tho you knew he might pull something like that?
- you came back and started to insult him even more.
"We rp taking him out the car. He then escapes" - how did he escape?
"I run up to the car, I'm at the side of it and I'm knocked to the floor twice." - was there any roleplay from your side regarding roleplaying your injuries?
Was there any provocation from your side when you were in the club? if so, why?

Jaylen Stanford - You didn't even know/have/had the reason for shooting but went with it anyways. In the future, be more careful with your actions and not jump on it too fast. 30 minutes admin jail will be issued.

Sorry for the late response:
I've looked through both of your comments and provided screenshots once again and came up with a conclusion.
Rafael Granados (@MxnSterx) - I could see that you have showed zero fear for your life. They threatened you, stomped on your car, broke the glass of your vehicle, and even said that if you came back, they gonna "end" you. After you circled back you opened a window as if you tried to do something and then insulted them yet again. That's not how you suppose to roleplay fear. Due to your clean record, I will be issuing a warning.
Juan Castillo (@gloss2000) - as for you, you should've reacted differently, opening fire on Hawick Ave, where lots of people be, lots of cops be, are somewhat unrealistically. Plus, why your character would spend time in prison for a guy who clearly wants attention and has nothing to do with hurting your group in any way? I get that the lack of fear was OOC'ly frustrating but next time just report the behavior and wait for an admin to deal with it rather than getting yourself in trouble, due to your clean record also I will be issuing a warning.
