    The reported party apologized for the scene and returned the items after seeing his faults. We both agreed for the scene to be voided as @Recontried the Car Wash script and seen that it freezes you making it known that my character would've either backed out or ran his character over after her life was in danger. 
     

    I would like to solve this report as "Handled In-Game by the players, apologized and items returned." and lock this thread.

     

    Thank you for taking your time and apologies for making a waste of it but it's better to solve things rather than punish and I do think that @Reconwould learn from this and take this as a lesson just as I if I committed any mistakes but in the 'heat of the moment' things happens and I'm glad the reported party understood my confusion and concern on the roleplay experienced.

    Overall Explanation (250 word limit) :

    I was normally driving to a car wash and as I started to use the car wash, this player (Tyler White) comes in masked while I'm stuck on the script to force a robbery and car jacking out of nowhere, no initial /me. Just pulled up to the spot, walked in front of me while stuck on the car wash script and robbed my character's belongings and vehicle. Then proceeds to leave with my vehicle to then come back, get out of my vehicle, get back on his to /vp and proceeds to shot my character for no reason. I, of course, proceeded to ask in /b on why was he forcing the roleplay as there's rules against it but then proceeded to finish the roleplay for the report.

    If the roleplay was done organic I wouldn't have opposed to it.

    Accusation 2 (50 words): Rule 2 ─ Arrived to the scene, no /me to initiate the roleplay on an Avenue and proceeded to force it on myself as seen on previous Evidence. Then as I said, he /vp'd his personal vehicle "to leave no ways to to proceed the aftermath".
