Hello everybody. 1) Since I've started a career in the GTAW Aviation I supposed that San Andreas Aviation Administration has the COMPLETE MONOPOLY on everything consist the aviation on this server. Some people (myself included) from my business went multiple times to request an opportunity to open a flight school with SAAA, which has rejected all of these by making up some reasons that we could not take like right motives to cannot start a job like this. I simply thinks that SAAA doesn't want that "normal" players should have some opportunities in this field. Probably they like to have the control of everything knowing more that they are the only one faction that can raise up these money by doing this activity, it's logic but it's really stupid if it is like this. Why they've released me the Certified Instructor license saying me that I could not do lessons to nobody without their authorisation? Weird. No sense. 2) ATC doesn't exists, it's the only one thought I had about this point. No matter for scripts, people that should do this job aren't active = No Atc in game. Solution would be that someone having some administration power go to SAAA to explain that even other people that likes aviation should have more chances on this server and through these activities. You know how many flight clubs or flight school companies are there in United States? It's a shame.

I can understand that people could find a lot of wait before to take the license and I can agree with this trouble. However, if we want to talk about flying roleplay, the lessons are mandatory to learn on what the basis are to get a plane on GTA and what type of logical skills you must have to take the skies.
