Our aim is to go for a modernized take on the West Coast LCN experience and etiquette and refine the traditional values. Our focus here is to acknowledge the fact that the golden age of LCN is over and avoid the romanticized portrayal that once was a thing in its bygone eras. We portray an evolving crew with some sort of involvement or ties to past LCN characters or families. There are no direct ties or affiliations to any past or existing group or family; everything is built from the ground up.

We’re bringing back the covert nature of La Cosa Nostra and in order to properly fulfill that, we prioritized discretion over violence. We are mostly involved with scheme-based and white-collar crimes, although we might dabble with certain blue-collar crimes should the benefits outweigh the risks. The goal is to move towards industrialization and monopolization of illicit activities. There’ll be no city-wide wars, no phonetic spelling (the hos, the fahs, and the cmahns), no stereotypes, and no three-piece suits. If we impose tariffs on our members, it'll be on a “you eat, I eat” principle and it’ll be correlated to your racket as opposed to territory, since we are not territorial. To emphasize, The Outfit represents the timeless traditions of La Cosa Nostra, adapted to the challenges of the 21st century on the West Coast. If you wish to be a part of this faction and navigate this world of high-tech surveillance, careful alliances, and strategic thinking, you may send either @BadassBaboon, @Mullin, @Padrino a private message.

  2. There is this, Windy City (Chicago map), Vice City (GTA VC), along with a bunch of other unfished or old-looking maps. Neither of them should be attempted.

Now if somebody were to port Los Heaven from Mafia 1: DE or Empire Bay from Mafia 2 that could be really interesting. A server set in the 40s to 50s.

Cosa Nostra's tumultuous past and downfall on the West Coast have a lengthy and convoluted history. West Coast’s immense population and distinct economy piqued the interest of various Organized Crime groups throughout The United States and over the years, countless groups and crews attempted to capitalize on the city of Saints to turn a profit. Many succeeded but it’d be short term, many struggled but managed to stay relevant, but in the end, they all knew all the prosperous reign of glory and honor would eventually come to a bitter end.

At first, it was what most mob experts called the great mob immigration. With the prior expertise of the established foundations, various groups, and crews were formed, running a full-service range of criminality. Prostitution, loan sharking, fraud, extortion, and trafficking spiked to an all-time high, to the point of even infiltrating the city’s clean government protections like the civil service.
However, the mob’s presence in San Andreas was a ticking time bomb from the start, Cosa Nostra at its core is a traditional organized crime, and this rendered them ineffective on the West Coast in the end because they have not been able to enforce and maintain their usual territorial and racket controls in the long run.

Los Santos’ underworld has mostly been dominated by African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians, specifically the Chinese, however, the Eastern Europeans were the ones that were into higher level white collar crimes like fraud and other scams. Owning shady businesses and loansharking within their community of newly landed immigrants.
With the recent presence of Italians in the state, conflict of interest and tension quickly boiled over and after a series of never-ending blood baths over the course of a few years, most of the Italian crews went out of commission when the families at the top got the impression that spending resources on a diminishing presence on the West Coast is not a tangible business strategy.

The government officials believe that this “disconnection” was what that sent everything into a hiatus, like a ship on the brink of hitting an iceberg, the sinking was inevitable. Italians on the western side of the hemisphere were left severely crippled after being forced to resolve city-wide as well as serious internal conflicts, all while being decommissioned, despite all the shortcomings, they still managed to operate on a much smaller capacity with whatever that was left, however, that was soon to change.

Many people believe that the internal conflicts that followed were mostly caused by the aftermaths of the city-wide conflicts as well as disagreement between the people within the crews, this left the mob extremely vulnerable, people started to show signs of recklessness, and some began cooperating with the authorities. New bills were passed that increased law enforcement pressure, surveillance bugging, and tracking devices; the decline of the city's economy and the rise of other criminal organizations resulted in the eventual back-breaking demise of Cosa Nostra on the West Coast.

Today, the vast majority of people believe that Cosa Nostra no longer exists on the West Coast; some theorize that it dwindled to a few remnants but still has a substantial, although far lessened role in organized crime, mob experts believe that its defunct, crediting the ever-evolving nature of organized crime and the lack of direct connections, but in reality... nobody has a definitive answer.

  4. Our aim is to go for a modernized take on the West Coast LCN experience and etiquette and refine the traditional values. Our focus here is to acknowledge the fact that the golden age of LCN is over and avoid the romanticized portrayal that once was a thing in its bygone eras. We portray an evolving crew of remnants, holdovers, and wannabes with some sort of involvement or ties to past LCN characters or families. At the top level, there's a pyramid. There are no direct or indirect ties or affiliations to any past or existing group or family; everything is going to be built from the ground up.

We’re bringing back the covert nature of Cosa Nostra and in order to properly fulfill that, we’ve minimized direct street-level action and are mostly involved with scheme-based and white-collar crimes. The goal is to move towards industrialization and monopolization of illicit activities. There’ll be no city-wide wars, no phonetic spelling (the hos, the fahs, and the cmahns), no stereotypes, and no three-piece suits. If we impose tariffs on our members, it'll be on a “you eat, I eat” principle and it’ll be correlated to your racket as opposed to territory. To emphasize, if you wish to be a part of this faction, your character should already have their own criminal activity (hustle). Gone are the days when you'd show up at a bar looking for work, this isn't a local charity. For more information and potential involvement, you may message either @BadassBaboon@Mullin@Padrino@Que Miras Bobo.
