That still requires a drive to Paleto to do and also costs money. I don’t feel there is an argument that it won’t be abused because it just simply will in some cases (I hope these cases are rare and I am wrong here), however, I have no alternative to suggest.
-
Just because there is already a way to abuse this doesn’t mean another should be added ahaha. Although in a post later to the one you quoted, I did say that I don’t see another alternative- mainly referring to the lack of housing up north.

If you crash, wherever, and then decide not to log back on for the night you would assume your character went back home. Your character would then spawn at their home and you continue from there. If someone has property in Paleto and the city and they abuse this, then yes that is a problem and we shouldn't allow this abuse to become more accessible because people will abuse it. I agree with you that not everyone will want to buy/rent, but I don't feel like this is the solution for that. Edit: However, I cannot think of an alternative.

I'm more concerned about the ability to teleport across the map with very little difficulty. Ironically the original post says to not talk about this point, but that is the point. Paleto is far from the city - it should take time. If you don't want to commute all the way there then live close to Paleto. In my opinion the abuse that could come about from this addition outweighs the limited advantages.

/fixveh exists for this reason.

If the issue is looting, focus on looting. Guns should not break when they are dropped. Deteriorate? Maybe. That could be a good feature but definitely not break. A Tarkov-style looting system where there is a timer to check an inventory could be implented. Add a timer to reveal the contents of the inventory and scale it to how many items there are (with some randomness). Maybe the inventory is revealed piece by piece? Also add in a forced animation for searching the body so LEO has a chance to aprehend the goblins.

/ame too for a brief action above your head. No-one cares if you laugh briefly at something in a nightclub so please don't "/me laughs briefly." whereas "/ame laughs briefly." is better for everyone.

Also depends if the bodycams instantly upload to the cloud in 4k 60fps

that's one strong business card

Topping up would be better than auto-renew imo. Agree on being able to set the spawn location of vehicles too. Maybe have one option to 'spawn at garage' and another 'spawn at parking spot'.

Isn't the whole point of an ajail to give the person time to look over the rules? Not just to punish them - it's meant to give them time to reflect. Rehabilitation more than punishment (kind of).

This isn't an option with Rage.

I'd prefer to just have offline texting and for the texts to be present when you log back into game.

I feel many people, as Keane said above, turn to suicide too quickly. Especially in a city full of violence and illegal activity, much more so than IRL (in comparison to how much legal activity goes on) it's very easy to always focus on the negative. Characters should have more resilience and stop going down the route of depression and suicide as their way of 'making RP' for others - because whilst it brings attention to you, it's usually not fun RP.

Short description: Allow duplication of vehicle keys without being in said vehicle. Detailed description: As it stands you have to be inside of a vehicle to /vdup <target> to duplicate your keys. This suggestions is to allow an extra parameter to the command (/vup <target> <vehicle ID>) so you can duplicate a key wherever. Commands to add: Extension to /vdup in the form of /vdup <target> <vehicle ID> Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? QoL Additional information: N/A

In the environment we are in people do that. Going by Stefan's example if person A hits person B but person B says they dodge, is it person A or B who decides if they hit?

Sure, but what if there are two people who are both stating different outcomes in their emotes? How do you decide the outcome?
