  1. Username: KTOWN4LIFE Comment: Well, congratulations to our new mayor - Hank Preston.
  2. Sure, everyone prefers dark mode over light mode anyway. +1!
  3. Yeah, would love this. Being able to customize your RV's interior to match your character's style would be awesome. +1
  4. This is already something that PM is considering for the future. +1 from me though
  5. Being broken into is not a problem. Being robbed is not a problem. Having things stolen is not a problem. That's part of living in a high-end area, and I'm fine with that when it's rp'ed well. The zero-effort way in which 99% of it is done, is the problem. Poor realism, lack of any fearRP, chainrobbing, ignoring IRL security measures. THAT is the problem. Not to mention the unrealistic amount in which it happens. Being broken into 5 times in one week, with the /cims from the previous robber still there when the next one breaks in, is a problem. IC measures don't work. Criminals ignore house alarms. They ignore CCTV. They ignore the fact that people could be in the house. The only thing at this point that could deter a criminal is a tank outside your house.
  6. If the solution was that simple, we wouldn't be having this discussion. People have tried this to no avail
  7. This doesn't do anything to solve the problem sadly. Security companies and LEO's are not able to handle the ridiculous amount of crime in this area. Trust me, I've tried.
  8. Yeah, I can get behind this for sure. They're meant to be durable. +1
  9. I do almost crash when exiting certain interiors, specifically those of apartment complexes. For some reason my PC cannot handle exiting those on peak times.
  10. I can absolutely get behind this. It's completely ridiculous how much crime there is here, more so than in low income areas. On one occasion, in my previous house in the Hills, I was broken into /5 times in 1 week/. And no, that is not an IC issue. That is a blatant OOC issue, since this is not realistic AT ALL. The /cim's from the previous robber were still there when the next one came in. I ultimately had to house request a different property simply because of the RIDICULOUS amount of crime that takes place here. Being broken into is fine, but not in the amounts that currently take place. It should be rule-enforced that low-level criminals cannot go to these areas. It's a poor excuse for wanting to rob the inventory of every house in a high-income area. What more can I do to live in my supposed luxury neighborhood without being broken into every day? I have CCTV. Top locks. Security alarm with a large company. Regular patrols from said company. Do I need to hire a Private Military Company to station an armed buggy outside my house? It's just ridiculous at this point. Either these areas need to become crime-restricted or CK'able upon death as the criminal in my opinion. Ignoring 10 CCTV cameras, hopping in people's backyards in extremely high-security areas (which almost NEVER happens irl, might I add) should be a CK'able offense if you're willing to take the risk. Not to mention, a lot of people blatantly break this rule doing it.
  11. Also consider trying a different browser - Not sure what you're using now, but Firefox might help solve this issue. It tends to bypass certain errors that Chrome creates, worth a shot as it's not a clientside issue
  12. Yeah as far as I've been told when this was suggested in the past is that it's not possible sadly. Same reason decals have all kinds of random stuff in it - no option to categorize them.
  13. Yeah this would be great for any place that uses company uniforms. Burgershot, security companies, I don't know, options are endless. Saves a lot of work, good QoL update. +1
  14. Love this idea, definitely a +1 from me. A credit system would be awesome and is something I can definitely get behind LETS DO THIS

    L&A

Scrap this suggestion please - reconsidered it.
  16. Yeah, there's commands for this already in game. /vex is something you can do and /dl also works.
  17. What can also help, if you really want to limit yourself - you can /charity away any money you get from the starter paychecks and unemployment checks. That way you'll REALLY be broke.
  18. Best way to deal with gangsters? Simply don't acknowledge them or interact with them. Never had issues that way personally. Amen to this thread, however.
  19. Yeah, I can get behind this for sure. 2 weeks seems reasonable, 4 is maybe a bit excessive? +1 from me
  20. This really. It's impossible to make the economy work 1:1 as it does in real life I'm afraid. Some things like salaries simply wouldn't convert, as you'd have to work years IRL time to be able to afford basic necessities like a house.
  21. I imagine this would get abused by criminals considering they'd be completely off the radar. No possibility to issue things like search warrants. There would have to be some restrictions to it, in this state I feel it would cause more harm than good
  22. -1 from me, don't see any benefit to doing this except making LEO lives harder
