Right I will say it would be cool, but I would strongly say no to it. We don't have the attention nor the people who would care for it.

Because it is a rp server, just because you want to rp a 40 doesn't stop you. Hell be a 40 year neurosurgeon, say you decided to change jobs and still paying off loans, or maybe be a neurosurgeon with a shitty car and apartment till you can afford the nice stuff. This is your own desire to want all the best stuff on the server right away which is just boring. It seems like you would enjoy GTA online more, real easy to get the best of everything on there although I warn you there is still a couple of heists you may have to do.

You do realize neuro suregons have to pay for school and living expenses while going to school right. Want to play a neurosurgeon cool, tend a bar for a bit and talk about how you are still in school. This is you wanting to jump to the finish line without wanting to put a bit of effort in. No one likes to grind, but the grind on this server is negligible since again you can just rp a job you find and enjoy yourself before you reach your end goal. This just seems that you don't want to rp unless you get to be a big shot neurosurgeon, which shows no growth in your character. How did they get there? What did they have to give up to follow that goal. This is stuff you can develop while role-playing.

Instead of just doing the trucking job, have you thought about getting a job to roleplay instead...you know since this is a RP server. As everyone has said the money is oocly, do what you want with it. If you want to play a millionaire go for it, however don't be upset if people call you a mall rat if it doesn't make sense, ie. Rich young millionaire and if so screw them, rp how you want. I play a poor country hick, I have a lot of money, but I just use it to go to the bars and other businesses to rp because that is what the server is about. Sure you can change things, but I would fix a lot of stuff before I even messed with a system that is working just fine currently.

I also think it could be updated and could be revised. I planned on making a park ranger if it does get implemented here soon because honestly I enjoyed that stuff in real life. I will offer any support as well, but I will clearly say that Saint Bate knows their stuff. Those were some good points they made in their spoiler.

Certainly would allow more roleplay for those who want to do more country roleplay then roleplaying in the city so it sounds good to me.

I would add to more besides the prison, but otherwise yea. I have had conversations where I am typing a lot, forget to make sure I'm on low then have my guy talking at a normal volume.

It's too small to be a race track and if you did remap it or repurpose it then it just makes the casino look crappy for having a race track behind it. Itisn't a bad idea to have a race track in the city, but behind the casino is just not the size for one.

I think it is more along the lines of if you do it for one person everyone will have it done. I have been staff before and usually it is fine to allow other people who speak other languages and such although you may restrict the language on your server to just be a single one, only done the English ones obviously, but I know of servers that if you didn't speak Russian with your character you were immediately booted and if you did it again it was a ban. Granted different game, but same concept. Most of the language for the server is the one for everything and although those sub sections would be nice, if someone asks for let's say Italian sub sector, then you have someone else ask for Russian, and then someone ask for Spanish. You can't ever turn it down because they will just say, "Well you did it for that language you are just playing favorites." Which again as former staff is more of a headache. It is a good suggestion, but you also have to think about staff side as well for stuff like this. It would be more of a headache then it is worth, however if you do want to link up with people who speak the same language of you it doesn't stop you from pming them on here or the discord and chatting that way.
