  1. It's 15:13 server time, people do this in their spare time. A lot of people in FLD have school or work, and may be European. Expect a response tonight, in the meanwhile have some patience.
  2. I implore you to have a little patience, you made the ticket at 00:30 server time.
  3. I'm sorry you feel that way. That being said, respect is a two way street, as I've been called tyrannical, a liar, accused of spreading misinformation twice, and accused of derailing, inside of this thread.
  4. Correct, and I'm pretty sure thst Nervous could've forgotten he has once mandated good causes. He can revert the mandate by announcing it in a few words, yet that hasn't happened. It has been OOCly decided upon by staff that a recent landmark SCOTUS ruling doesn't apply ICly. Saying so conclusively that someone is spreading misinformation/lying is a bold and dangerous tactic. I invite you to go all Snopes on me, I've seen the messages which Nervous has sent in the FLD channels, I've also seen the messages he sent thst guy complaining about good causes in this thread. I'd find it all, I've tried, but I'm currently mobile. I've read it all, I'm just responding to what I think is important. I also think that this is a very serious allegation, as I think it'd absolutely a reportable offense to sabotage (even though this statement is too broad) this sort of thread.
  5. I came to my own conclusion after investigating the issue, I think that the low pass rate is a problem. However I'm also of the opinion that my "outdated" data is still valid, as there hasn't been a significant shift in any parameters. On a side-note: I thought I was being kind by saying it's a narrative.
  6. Right, if there's a question with the exam wait for the response to your ticket. If there's a problem with your specific good cause contact the handler or FLs of CCW via a ticket. If you have a problem with good causes in general, contact Nervous.
  7. I don't foresee the trend which has been going on steadily for the last year and a half to change significantly in the last 3 to 4 months. But if what you posted is your narrative, that is your narrative then but it isn't mine. You may have a 9-5 day job as an analyst, but you're working without any numbers. Edit: the questions and answer database is also not infinite. There's a predictable trend that can be followed if you've got a big enough sample size.
  8. Classified == classified. If I did that I'd get faction banned.
  9. I disagree, no issues are registered, all that happens is just a big discussion that often gets derailed, or people who don't actually read your message and thus you have to constantly repeat yourself. You've perhaps called it misinformation a bit too quickly then. This is because my latest knowledge on the CCW exam and it's results are from February 2023. The questions are changed as the laws change. However the penal code hasn't changed massively since I've been on a hiatus. And the SHAFT Act had a last "major" revision in January 2023, and it wasn't even too big of a change and didn't change the exam significantly.
  10. They aren't "old" when the questions or answers haven't changed significantly. As I've stated multiple times before in this thread, contact a CCW FLS or FLC directly via a ticket and message them the question. You can do that, you just can't share the exam with those unauthorized (read: those who arent'd sufficiently ranked FLD personnel).
  11. Yes, and I had access to all the data I needed. If you think something is a trick question, make a ticket and ask them to change/remove it. I'm sorry you feel that way, but I don't think much changed since I've done my research into the data and I think it's still applicable today.
  12. Because when I did have access about 3 to 4 months ago, I've personally looked at a lot of questions people got wrong and came to that conclusion.
  13. People are free to create tickets for any issue they find in the application process. As I've said multiple times before; most people DON'T fail on "trick questions". You're always encouraged to point out any possible outdated information in a ticket. And if you fail, you can always *ask* in a ticket for help. There's no penalty for asking for help, other than asking a handler to check your app. Feedback to the process is always wanted, especially if you make a ticket.
  14. You know that these statements contradict each other, right? First you (as a faction leader) call for more fun, to then call a system which has been made and improved over several years to make it easier and streamlined as "predatory". I've said about 2 times to you directly that we WANT people to obtain their licenses and enjoy themselves, it is you who twists our intentions to be evil. And ad infinitum, bring the Good Cause issue up to Nervous, we've been mandated this system personally by him.
  15. If the questions would be 100% open, then people would absolutely share the answers.
  16. It'll be handled in due time. You don't need a concealed firearm license to have fun on the server. If the absence of this license is stopping you from having fun on the server, then you should maybe re-evaluate your choices.
  17. I think that this is a PSA for everyone who has an issue with the exam. If you find a question which you think doesn't make any sense: Contact the supervisor of CCW or an FLC privately, you can reach them by making a ticket in the FLD Discord, and after one takes your ticket you can ask to DM them privately.
  18. You can ask the handlers in the ticket if you can DM them the questions you've got issues with, and explain why those specific questions need to be amended.
  19. That (if I understand you properly). And people can always illegally conceal carry their PF gun.
  20. Because my knowledge on the exam is only outdated by 4 to 5 months. And the fact that you've posted this thread.
  21. If you're still playing the same character you can just file for a reissuance.
  22. I never said this. I said the pass rate wouldn't change much if the "trick question" part was addressed.
  23. I think the SHAFT Act changed since then, but so have the exams questions and answers to reflect the current laws.
  24. I don't have access to the current pass rate, but last time I did it was absolutely abyssmal. Bruh this is borderline factionbashing. I want people to pass the exam, I want people to get their licenses. And as I've said before, no one in FLD handles paperwork with the sole purpose to deny people.
