    I was a PO1

That is a shame, because even as a PO2 I often get asked to take PO1's along, and I do if I have the time. Not sure if you did, but a lot of PO1's often sit around Mission Row Station and expect to be picked on a ride, while in reality you should often take the initiative and spam available FTO's to take you along. And I get it, being a PO1 sucks, I went through it twice so I know all about it.

One way to find quality RP contacts is to work in the service industry, the teams will often be small but you'll have a lot of interactions.
I heard that Pixel Pete's arcade is opening up again, maybe you should apply to work there. @Venturoliam

All of the cars people posted before you I wouldn't like as donator cars. But you've actually made a list that I like except for the Enus Super Dioamond S, which is literally a Rolls-Royce. I'd absolutely love the Vapid Winky.

Sorry I mean the overall bail prices. I understand having super high ones for murder etc. But even in my super conservative state each classification of a felony usually follows a bail schedule unless undue circumstances. The lowest felony usually starts out at $1500. Just an example; I had a pursuit where the driver put the passengers lives at danger and his bond for evading and drugs was $28,000. I haven’t been following the political nature of the server is it more conservative or true to life California liberal?

The lowest 10% bond on a felony is Animal Abuse at $5000. Then again, we have to take account that the Dollar in GTA:World is extremely devalued, and minimum wage is $4000 per hour.

The story which you've presented shouldn't have had a $28,000 bond, as either evading or vehicular endangerment should've made the bond a flat $50,000.

Everyone here that doesn't support this believes that criminal courts give out maximum fines LOL!

Often times courts will waive the "fine" or not give the maximum financial punishment or simply make them pay court costs. The problem is that A LOT of LEO roleplayers don't understand that they have discretion with arrests or fining people.

ALSO lower the amount for bond, it's actually ridiculous.

Bond is already 10% of the most expensive charge, and they do not stack. What do you suggest?

I think it is somewhat unrealistic when you see characters wearing masks 24/7. But I do understand why. People name check... constantly. You can roll up to watch a group several blocks down and one of them will always run down the street to name check. There are alot of behaviors that are common that really aren't in the spirit of good roleplay.

I often see a lot of people namecheck my absolutely not gang affiliated character where she lives, because the neighborhood is filled with gangs.

And it's so obvious when a namecheck happens, y'all think you're so sly.

  6. “Of course, Your Honor. I sent a notice to all known records on the evening of the 28th, and haven’t received a response yet. I can only assume that unless this footage is properly secured, that it’ll be automatically wiped after 30 days as is often the case.”

“I’d like to draw the attention of the court to one matter, which I think is quite an important piece of information. The arrest narrative states that there was a call for service, #24-172219, however it does not list any details of what this call for service contains, nor who called it. I know for a fact that my client called 911 about a fight. Now, I do not know who left this out of evidence, but exculpatory evidence must be included by the deputy and prosecution, and the exclusion of this evidence could be considered a Brady Violation.”

“I’m motioning the court to include call for service #24-172219 and any relevant information contained within as evidence, preferably the full call log. And I’d like to motion the court to also include my client Sabrina Sanchez’ 911-calls from that night as evidence. Thank you, Your Honor.”

“Understood, Your Honor. I’ve done some background research into Alleyne and their opening hours, and even looked through prior advertisements. It seems that this bar hasn’t advertised an opening since the 9th of March, for that same evening. I believe the only way to find out lead up to that fateful night’s incident in a timely manner, is to directly contact the owner of Alleyne.”

    II. MOTION

I, Alex Lee, as the attorney for the Defendant, Ethan Foster, hereby move the Court to dismiss the charges on the following grounds:

Due Process Violation: My client, Ethan Foster, was pulled over and fined for Reckless Driving. However, he was neither arrested for said charge, processed, nor given a court date. This failure to follow due legal procedure violates the principle of due process, as outlined in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, ensuring fair treatment through the normal judicial system, especially as a citizen’s entitlement.

Considering these facts, it is clear that my client's rights to due process weren't upheld. The lack of formal arrest, processing, or issuance of a court date in response to a misdemeanor charge demonstrates a failure in the system's obligation to treat individuals fairly.

We request that this court recognize the due process violation that occurred in this case and dismiss the charges against Ethan Foster accordingly. We believe that dismissing these charges is not only in the best interest of justice but also necessary to uphold the fundamental rights guaranteed to every citizen.

I, Alex Lee, affirm that the above stated facts are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. This shall be the official statement for the dismissal of the designated offenses submitted for the Superior Court to dismiss or reduce the accusatory instrument.

This rule clarification can help prevent issues where individuals utilize the tackle script to disable them, then be able to kick them with the script until they are put in the wounded state while they are unable to defend themselves due to being in a disabled script state.

I've been wondering about this myself too.

I've seen people use the tackle script to stun someone, and then get a hits/shots in.

Broke a new record last night, a buffalo STX going down rockford at a staggering 160 plus. Good luck lol.

I once caught someone drive 250 miles per hour along Great Ocean Highway, but that person was cheating so it doesn't count.

  11. "Your Honor, the helicopter footage submitted as evidence begins at 04:47 AM on March 7th. Based on discussions with my client, we estimate that the incident prompting their departure from Alleyne occurred an estimated 10 to 20 minutes prior to this recording, around 04:27 AM.

On March 8th — a day before the arraignment — I sent a letter to Alleyne requesting the preservation of all footage from March 7th, spanning midnight to 6 AM, in anticipation of its relevance to this case."

  12. "Your Honor, I'd like to inform the court that my client has already been released on jailhouse bail.

There was an altercation involving two groups at Alleyne on Morningwood Boulevard before my client's arrest, adjacent to Skull Clutch Tattoos. To fully understand the circumstances surrounding the arrest, we request the court's assistance in obtaining subpoenas for the CCTV footage from both the interior and exterior of Alleyne.

My client has informed me that her friend, for now referred to as 'Eli', sustained injuries within the establishment and received aid from the bartender on duty. We therefore seek to subpoena Alleyne for the names of the staff working that evening, with the intention of adding the bartender, once identified, to our witness list.

Additionally, we request permission to add Clyde Hayes to the witness list.

Please allow me a brief moment to confirm the full name of 'Eli' for inclusion on the witness list."

force ck doesn't remove the assets that slot holds. its just a new name, afaik unless this has changed?

A CK only punishes players who invest time and effort into making an in-depth character.

I've never once seen anybody have a duped gun, item or whatever the case may be. If it's duped, usually if it's maliciously intended; the player is punished further and obviously like you said it's taken back and dealt with.

I've unintentionally managed to duplicate the ammo of the gun I was equipping just by using /equip, and it has happened to me multiple times.

The way I've fixed it was to unequip and equip the firearm again.

Edit: I forgot to +1 this thread.

Is your argument there should be no room on the server for street racers and it should all be contained to a race track? Lets get rid of all criminal roleplay then by that logic since it has the potential to be a nuisance. And this is coming from someone like me who has stuck to legal Government roleplay for 90 percent of my time on this server.

This is the third or fourth time you had to be reminded by someone else that we're not talking about people who roleplay crashes in this thread, but people who drive unrealistically and don't roleplay crashes or consequences.

Imagine if we had IV handling. I’d like it if we had more realistic driving habits. It’s gotten to a point where reckless driving is the standard, people are genuinely offended OOCly when you enforce IC traffic laws. The consequences for reckless driving are irrelevant for a lot of people, I once stopped a person with his 17th count of reckless driving and couldn’t care less. People will also drive around recklessly with guns and drugs in their cars, leading to a traffic stop, and often leading to arrests. But it’s never their fault, it’s my fault because I have the audacity of pulling them over after they overtake me on the incorrect lane doing 100mph while I’m yielding at an intersection.

Here's a list of common responses for when you pull someone for a minor traffic infraction:

    • *Starts driving off and evades, turning an infraction into a felony*

Here's a list of common responses for when you pull someone over for going 110 miles per hour in downtown through intersections, and clipping a sidewalk:

    • "Why don't you catch /REAL/ criminals?"
    • "..." (person doesn't respond to any roleplay because they refuse to roleplay)
    • *Shoots you*
    • *Also starts driving off and evades, often not roleplaying any vehicle crash and ending the situation up in a half an hour admin sit with the time of 12+ cops wasted.*
    • Their buddies will try to physically interject themselves between you and the driver you're trying to interact with.

I probably forgot some stereotypes. The average GTA:World driver is the most entitled, selfish and unhinged (in-character) individual out there.
