Rather than throw ideas around on how the bars and business scripts should work, we need to look at this from the ground up. How much should a store worker earn per hour? How much should a bartender earn per hour? How much should security be earning per hour? How much should a DJ be earning per hour? How much should a manager be earning per hour? How much should an active owner be earning per hour? How much should a passive owner be earning per hour? Come up with realistic number ranges for these job roles, ranging from small bars/stores to big clubs, and and then create a script based on that specification. Don’t just come up with a script idea, throw it out there and see how it works.

This method is working for me so I'll post it here for people to try: Start RageMP as usual Choose the GTA World server Wait for it to go full-screen ALT+Tab out Start the Rockstar Launcher Click OK on the error message I hope this works for you. And I'd just like to thank everyone who helped in problem solving this in GTA:W Discord's #support. Everyone was very helpful and free with their time and advice. Edit: My Rockstar Launcher is not being run as Administrator. Edit: I'm not using the commandline.txt file.

This doesn't work for me. If I start the Launcher then start Rage, it restarts the Launcher like you said. I then task kill and restart the Launcher and run GTA from there, but this kills Rage and GTA starts in single player.

If outside CCTV needs to be agreed by both parties, then maybe the rule should default in the business owner's favour. Assume CCTV is present unless specifically told that it isn't. Anyone who then uses CCTV as IC evidence who can't prove that the cameras have been installed is guilty of powergaming.

It would make owning a safe more relevant again, and also add depth to criminal RP. Additional information: Your average everyday schmo has no idea how to crack a safe. It could be possible for a thug to learn how to open a basic safe, but to crack a top-of-the-line model is going to require an expert. These thugs and experts could be Suppliers. Players would apply for the role of Safe Cracker, just like Weapon Serial Removal, providing character background and how they would perform the task, but would also apply for a maximum number of pins in accordance to their level of criminality. A 3-Pin Safe Cracker would be a relatively easy thing to apply for. A 5-Pin would require a more in-depth application and research. A 9-Pin application would need to be something very special. This would create a tiered system where any street level criminal would know an average safe cracker, organized crime might know a professional. A top-tier safe cracker would be legendary in the underworld. The flip side to all of this is that now, burglars are going to need to have the ability to crack a safe before going in. But if you’re planning a robbery, then you’re planning a robbery! And a part of that plan would be finding a safe cracker. This would allow for more RP interaction between criminals and I believe would add depth to illegal RP.
