    Run Steam - Rockstar Launcher - Rage MP as Admin in that order and it should work. That is what I have to do. Or it's cause Rockstar Servers are currently down as well

    Run steam as admin, Rockstar Launcher as admin and then RAGE MP as admin, in that order. Or try using shift+tab and wait a minute and then close the overlay and it should take you to the login screen. Also you can hit the HOME key to bring up the social club overlay and it might work like the way I explained with steam. And you should play in windowed mode. That is everything I had to try to get in game and it worked.
