They're addressing that the ones that do crash and claim desynch tend to drive 100mph-120mph, crashing into other vehicles since it did not render for them due to the speed. -

100%, and I believe 7 days is too weak on these offenses. It should be 14 days, and then permanent, where they have to appeal through a lengthy court process to regain their license back... or NC, like most people do, which generates wealth for the Panda. -
