I know that FPS stutters are kind of common in general since the client isn't fully stable yet so besides that what have you done to attempt to lower your FPS?

Supporting this suggestion, however, not really something that can be done in a month or two unless the development team decides to completely drain their lives away by going through every item. I do believe that some things need to be recategorized though. I'd rather prioritize newer features. It's not really broken, just kind of ugly.

If it's possible, I don't see why not, however, I kind of find it to be difficult unless specific words such as bomb or terrorism are detected then again, this isn't really the police's job to be listening in on people's phone calls or monitoring them. If something like this does get implemented, I can see it making it more difficult for illegal factions to keep everything they do on the low. Makes it interesting for those who try not to get caught.

This is something super easy to script in since it's already there but needs to be written up in the clothing system. I'd even do it myself. Yes.

Definitely something that needs to be fixed. My character would be in a serious meeting without her phone but has to do the animation because she got a text. An alternative should be created as mentioned. The option to have sleep mode, vibrate only and to actually have a ringtone would be cool. Not exactly a priority but another little thing that would be nice.

I believe in time more animations will definitely be added. I think the development team has other priorities at the moment. Somebody will probably have to spend their own time going through them. Overall, a very good find and I'm sure they can find some use of it.
