  4. omg yes please!! awesome suggestion. habeeeeb
  5. I can't believe after so long this still hasn't been added
  6. PLEASE every decent major forum has this
  7. Nvm delete this it's the DELETE key.
  8. LA has a lot of mini-van / larger vehicles that are taxis. I think we should definitely have a Prius looking taxi and a Minivan mods.
  9. My full support for adding the Vapid Stanier Taxi as a replacement for the current Taxi! As for the other 2 I feel like they aren't really common irl in Los Angeles.. So I think those don't really fit. But heck yes I'd love myself a Prius Taxi that fits the game well ?
  10. This would be a really cool aesthethic improvement
  11. Vapid Stanier Taxi ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/classic-vapid-stanier-taxi ) I think this would fit really well as a replacement for the current Taxi model. It will look similar to the police Stanier cruiser as well as the civilian one.
  12. The phonebook app would be useful for new players! I definitely also support a banking app! Nowadays pretty much every bank has its own app and allows you to manage your account via mobile/website.
  13. You mean a way for customers to put a waypoint on their map and it displays on the driver's map too? Like GTA Online. That would be cool
  14. Taxi Driver job is unbalanced Let's compare it to the current trucking system. Rental trucking company takes 30% commission Player-run companies usually take around 5-10% But how is the current situation with the taxi system? Rental taxi company takes 0% commission Player-run companies usually take around 5-10% I think the issue here is very clear. I believe that to achieve more realism and balance, the rental taxi company should tax their drivers. Because otherwise what even is the point of joining a taxi business that promotes roleplay and interaction between drivers???? The current situation is rather unfair. Working for the rental company can be more profitable than joining a business. Solution: Make fares paid in rental taxis get taxed for about 30%. This way people will seek either getting their own vehicle or joining one of the various growing taxi businesses.
  15. We don't want to overcharge new players, but it's literally unfair that rentals are this cheap because taxis (that are basically mainly for new players) are rendered useless.
  16. Tax them heavier? The price is literally too low. Anything else they might want to do on the server will cost them more than $100...
  17. Renting a vehicle that lets you go anywhere at any of the rental car places costs you $100. Here's a few reasons why it's totally wrong and needs to be updated: Average price of a beer in the server is $100 New players get $5,000 every hour You pay about 4 times the price of a rental car to enter a nightclub Taking a taxi for a trip across the city costs you way more than renting a car (makes no sense) I think that's enough said. I think the new price for a rental should be around $1,000 - $3,000 depending on the vehicle. The new price is up for discussion in the comments below. Pros: - People who cannot resort to driving their own vehicle will use taxis to get around and interact with other people (RP+) - Less people will get rentals to troll around, commit crimes or for other unrealistic reasons - It'll be up to GTA World's economy Cons: ?
  18. Please this is an excellent idea and simple to code.
  19. Hi you can already do /taxi. Number is 910, regardless. I forgot which command tells you that but I'm sure you don't need to ask in /helpme But speaking of that it would be cool if every smartphone came with a 'Phonebook' app that tells you numbers like taxi hotline etc
