The faction will not shy out from crossing it's own characters off as deemed fit. The lifestyle is filled with several sketchy characters all around, with every side involved having their own narrative for their actions, at times due to misunderstandings, and the result of all this at times could be fatal. Leave it to the Martorano leadership on what warrants a CK and what doesn't.
Props to Richard for taking his CK on the chin for a situation he had little, if anything to do with and being a good sport about it.
