Yes... PD and SD have policies but these incidents will continue to occur frequently, and have been so far. Look at people being beanbagged off motorbikes whilst driving at 140mph, the jail beanbags, the streamable provided. LTLs are abused, they should be nerfed at least in reload speed or something so you can't just left click pew pew pew. One shot reload one shot reload. LEOs have the power to make or break any scene they come to. How is the situation in that streamable providing roleplay at all? Most of the time beanbags are deployed it's okay, but there's been a plethora of stupid deployments (not to mention hyper militarized deployments of rifles being used for routine traffic stops) which easily break the scene for the illegal community.
